Overlake Clinics Dermatology

Dr M is fantastic! She had such a busy day and I was probably her last patient, but she spent ample time with me and took care of every need. She clearly cares About her patients And addressed every need. Good explanations and follow up as well. Highly recommend her Overlake is so so fortunate to have her on board.

Appointment was fairly timely. Dr. Mioduszewski was gracious. I never met her note taker as s/he was behind a curtain which I really appreciated because it gives privacy which is important to me. I didn't feel rushed which I also appreciate as it does make a difference for the patient (I have had many comments from friends that they feel like their doctors are on a time constraint). It is a BIG DEAL today.

Very comfortable office staff, an excellent appt. Dr M gets involved quickly and explains what she sees and what to do. I appreciate her skill and focused attention. She is exceptional and always caring. Think her staffs demeanor reflects this.

Offices are nicely appointed and have a calming mood. Front desk seemed to be short of the regular receptionist but the person standing in did a great job. Doctor greeted me by my name and knew where I had been living prior to moving to Seattle. Those little details are appreciated and makes a person feel human.

I felt very comfortable, welcomed and looked after with Dr. Mioduszewski and her staff. She and nurse Heather explained things very clearly, and their care was exceptional. I absolutely recommend them.

Everything went smoothly: Appointment was started in a very timely manner; Nurses and Doctor asked pertinent questions; Dr M. made a helpful, new diagnosis (with new prescription) in addition to the existing diagnosis; Doctor provided a refill of my helpful, existing prescription; and, of course, at end of visit they provided a helpful "After Visit Summary" with pertinent information. As well as scheduling my next appointment.

I appreciate everything about Overlake Clinic and its various physicians. The only thing that annoys me is how many times they email and text you before the visit, asking for check-in over and over and over. They are now even asking you a few minutes before the appointment time, if you are there at the clinic and to check-in yet AGAIN. Then, there’s the survey after the visit. It gets to be a bit ridiculous. I hope someone reads this who can take care of this issue.
