Riceland Clinic - Beaumont

My experience with the clinic was quite positive. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making me feel comfortable right away. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which added to my sense of reassurance. During my appointment, the healthcare professionals took the time to listen to my concerns and provided thorough explanations about my treatment options. Overall, I left feeling satisfied and confident in the care I received.

I had lab work done and Mrs Christy did an awesome job .I am so afraid of needles but she was so patient and I didn't feel the needle go in at all ..I am so thankful for her

The whole staff here--from Dr. Susie Morgan, to Christy, Crystal, the nurse, to the new Secretary / Receptionist Ashley, are friendly, compassionate and PROFESSIONAL. P.S. Smaller is better!!! 😁🎉

From the beginning of walking in the the work till the time we leave everything is 100% top notch all of the receptionist nurses and even Susie are always spectacular and make sure that we get everything we need with such a patience and understanding that it shows love that there isn't that office for their patients they make everything perfect for us and always make sure that we have everything taken care of and if something was to happen by accidentally to get missed they fix it immediately we would like to say to Susie and to the entire crew from Mr and Mrs Friday we love all you guys and thank you for all the hard work you do for us have a great rest of your week

Mrs. Morgan is an outstanding individual, The staff is respectful and kind. I travel 55miles to get the best healthcare from Riceland Clinic Beaumont Texas . I also want to thank Ms. Perry and Ms Ashley for always being there for me. Always calling and checking on my needs.making sure I takes my blood pressure reading and taking my medication. I recommend this healthcare facility to everyone who is in need of professional medical attention. Keep up the great work 👍🏾 AJH

Suzanne Morgan is a great Dr. the staff here are very friendly. Everyone is patient to know and learn anything about yourself, concerns, and what you’re wanting to change. Excited to continue coming here and having somewhere comfortable to be taken care of. Edit: I’ll keep the 5 star rating but honestly they are not good with timelines or communication. Always told they’ll reach out and call but I have always been the one having to call them bc they forget almost every single time. I’ve been going to this location for 3 months and they’ve only contacted me maybe twice. For me to get any information I have to call throughout the day to get a hold of someone or just show up randomly hoping they are able to speak with me.

I absolutely love this place Mrs.Morgan if so nice and patient and very helpful. Best dr I’ve had like ever . I highly recommend this place .
