Four words describe this doctor. Game changer/ life saver. I threw out a thousand. (Not literally) Things to this doctor and he remembered everything. He addressed all my concerns and explained to me everything that he was going to prescribe to me. He did not rush, beautiful bedside manner, which is very important to me, his staff....where do I begin. So calm and nice and helpful and knowledgeable. I could go on and on about Dr. Nelson and his staff but I think you get the picture.

Went for a new patient appointment, had to email my insurance card despite being able to provide all of the info and was forced to sit in the waiting for an hour and was told after sitting there I missed my "15 minute" window despite being 30 minutes early and would have to reschedule. Completely ridiculous and unnecessary I wouldn’t go back if my life depending on it. Worst doctors office experience in my life. I’m sure the awful staff is going to try to bill me for a "no show" appointment now despite the fact I was early to my appointment.

I myself didn't have any issues with any of the staff, they were all pleasant to deal with. As far as Dr. Nelson himself , the man's great. We had a conversation about a mutual love of retro sneakers. Great guy , personable , yet professional at the same time. Which is rare in the medical field these days.. Wouldnt be upset if I had to go back for further treatment just for good conversation about shoes ,lol.. In all seriousness on a professional level he explains everything , takes his time , great Dr. Highly recommend.

Every time I go to Dr. NELSONS it like a joy to see him. No waiting, in waiting room or in room to see him Fast and easy. Takes time to listen to me. I have lots of ticks, dry skin spots and moles. He pulls out his little freezer gun and gives a hit. My old doctor would not take them off for years. Takes care of my rash on face, with something that works. Have a rare rash on leg working hard to get the right cream for it.Going back and forth to calm it down. Staff is great!

My biggest problem was that my insurance is paying 100% now because I've met my deductibles and co pays for the year yet Dr Nelsons office refused to contact them for verification and refused to see me unless I pay them 160.00 up front. If I had not met my co pays I would only pay 30.00 but they still insist on the 160.00. I know exactly where its leads he keeps the money I say be aware of this practice they are simply crooks.

Excellent medical office, extraordinary and warm experience from start to finish. I appreciate Dr. Nelson taking the time to review my diagnosis and the recommended treatment options. I was referred over by my general doctor and can see why. I highly recommend Dr. Nelson.

Dr. Nelson is an awesome doctor. His staff has always been friendly to me. I was seeing him first for acne, then I developed some skin cancer and he has done two biopsies on my face. I am such a baby & he is patient with me and explains what he is going to do.
