Massage Envy

Don't waste your time here, overpriced and unskilled. Find almost anyone else. Paid $50 for 30 minutes with a massage gun. Was 8 minutes late and relieved just under 10 minutes of actual service. Hayat massage in beaumont provided 1 hour deep tissue for $80 and i got an extra 10 minutes. This place is a scam

I really enjoyed my massage with Deja and facial with Patti. I cant wait to come back for some more self care.

Update: They did attempt to fix the situation with a discounted massage but when I tried to re book I didn’t receive an email back for over a week and had to reach out again and I decided it was no longer somewhere I wanted to give my business to. Booked an appointment online on Monday, came in today and was told they couldn’t find anything booked and then just continued to help other customers, didn't offer to try to get me booked later or a different day, really disappointing.

I've been a member for over 10 years. My membership began in California. Lately, the customer service has declined. The Female Masseur is excellent and professional. The customer service staff recently didn't notate my appointment on the books. This happened 2 times. The second time I didn't bother to produce the appointment card for evidence. I don't need free enhancements (compensation for their error)! I hate incompetence in a business. This time, today, I didn't get a reminder call, so I didn't prepare to go. Normally, the computerized call leaves a voice mail message (consistently in the past). This time it didn't. I'm really disappointed!

Very easy to book an appointment with, and love the digital forms. My therapist, Adam, gave me the best massage I’ve ever had (and I’ve had many massages). He was so kind, and really listened and understood what I needed. I was Jello at the end. Will definitely book with Adam again.

Today marks the 4th DAY-OF APPOINTMENT cancellation I have had since my "membership" began. Only once, the very first cancellation, has anyone actually made the slightest of efforts to give me a call and attempt to re-book my appointment or put me on a wait-list for an opening. The lack of empathy and just general customer service this location offers is absolutely mind boggling. Throw this ON TOP of the fact that even being able to get an appointment 4 weeks after my last one is nearly impossible. That makes the "benefits" I have as a "member" IMPOSSIBLE to use. You should be absolutely disgusted at how poorly mismanaged this site is. My first few months were nothing but stellar reviews and referrals to your business. Since then it has been an absolute nightmare. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone but my enemies in hopes that they would have their time wasted while repeatedly receiving the bottom of the barrel service this establishment offers. Meanwhile the pain I come here to treat festers and I am left frantically searching for another place to get relief. Do better. Current Paying "Member"

I love the treatment I get at Massage Envy. The experience is comforting and relaxing from the moment I enter. There are many great masseuses there, but my absolute favorite is Adam! It is so hard to find that perfect masseuse that consistently gives you a great massage. Adam takes the time to understand what type of massage I want, addresses all the areas that are problematic, and ensures the massage meets my expectations each and every time! Sometimes areas are addressed that I didn’t realize were so tense until he does his magic. I always feel so much better after I go! You should check it out for yourself, and don’t forget to ask for Adam. He will take good care of you!
