Doctor Crowley is the best. I have had repeated skin cancer cut off and he has always done a great job. His upbeat personality makes the process so much easier. Anita is the best assistant. She is so compassionate and friendly. She does a great job at sewing me up 😊. The staff are all friendly too. I highly recommend them!!

Wonderful group of helpful and efficient staff . The lobby area is large open and clean with a nice clean waiting area. Although, I did not get to see Dr Crawley, I was tended to by Dr. Totoraitus, a very knowledgeable, competent doctor with an awesome personality. I was given a very thorough wellness check of my skin. During the whole medical evaluation , Dr Totoraitus explained what she was doing during her medical evaluation. . Through Dr Totoraitus’s thorough examination, she found two pre cancerous sun spots which she immediately treated. She explained the treatment process and what to expect during the post treatment phase . The Staff at Bakersfield Dermatology are a great medical team. I would highly recommend getting a skin wellness check screening, especially if you are in the outdoors a lot and have lived in sunny Bakersfield for a length time.👍😀

My first visit to Bakersfield Dermatology. The front desk was welcoming and friendly. Had some apprehensive due to having the same problem years ago. The experience then was extremely painful. Right from the very start the medical assistant was calming and efficient. Dr Stacie Sands and Bridget? came into the room pleasant and engaging. Dr Sands explained thoroughly and very informative of the procedure and the best way to proceed. They were very considerate and aware for my comfort. Because of their professionalism I have no qualms to complete my procedure October 17. I highly recommend this office.

I am pretty critical of doctors in general so believe me this is a rare raving review from me! Bak Derm has the friendliest people I have ever seen! The front office ladies were so nice. The medical assistant was amazingly sweet. And the NP Stacie was also just wonderful. Trust me when I tell you if I am complimenting other humans it’s legit. I was not even asked for this review! I wish all medical experiences were this great!!

Dr. Kristen is so patient, and her bedside manner is wonderful. Best physician and support staff I have ever experienced.

I took my husband here , for a upper body exam of a few moles. One in particular on his eyebrow . We’ve come twice now, and are So very pleased with the information and kindness we received from Everyone there. Front receptionist are so callous. I called that I was running late, and was informed that I had a 15 minute grace period. If I’m later, they would talk to the doctor. I was 3 minutes past my grace period, and the receptionist smugly said I was past my fifteen, do I want to reschedule. I got out of work early, came from across town, delayed by an accident on the freeway, and I couldn’t get an extra 3 minutes. The "gate keepers"" of the office have been rude previously and had not helped me with making an appointment. It’s a shame because the doctor is really good, but I won’t be back. I can’t stand petty people.
