I’ve been a patient of Josefina’s for many years. She is consistently patient, thorough, and respectful, even when addressing sensitive areas. When I had questions about skin treatment options, she carefully explained the different products and how they work, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable. Don't let the negative reviews scare you.

I have been going to this office for awhile now and I must recommend Amy Bettencourt and Fabian as the truly Amazing providers they are . I have struggled with some health issues for a number of years and since changing to this office my health is improving significantly through their compassionate and professional approach. Every question answered, every possible stone turned to find out the best plan for me and I appreciate that so much . I have five grown kids and six grandkids so far that can't imagine life without me and so I am very proactive and this team handles that with great respect and professional input . I value their integrity and commitment to making sure I am here as long as possible at my healthiest . If you want to be seen and heard - this is where to come . I've never felt so strongly about the dedication of a provider as I do Amy Bettencourt.

I expected so much more from a dermatologist. I learned more about available treatments through Chat GPT. Instead of going over available treatments with me, I had to ask about he treatments I learned about online. Also, I really wanted clarification on my labs and I had to call three times before, the physician called me back. I just would have appreciated more effort and care.

I had an 8:00 appt arrive at 7:52 doors locked Employees arriving 7:56 doors still locked. This is ridiculous. How can I have an 8:00 appointment if I can't even check in by 8:00. Doors still locked at 8:00 so I left. Unfortunately this is the 3rd time I have left without being seen. The first 2 times I sat in the room for an hour and had to get to work. I love Dr. Cardenas but there is NO value of people's time. Unfortunately it looks like it's time to find a new provider.

My last two visits to ACD have been phenomenal. Susie, who works at the front desk, is super helpful, friendly, and always has a smile on her face. It’s clear she understands customer service. (Probably needs to fast track to Office Manager!) Dr. Cardenas is super friendly and helpful as well. She agreed to see me on short notice, and helped me with some skin concerns in the same visit. Overall, great experience—and that is so uncommon in the medical field these days! Great job.

They take forever!!!! Can’t get appointments within a reasonable amount of time. You’ll sit an hour before you’re seen! So frustrating. No value of your time. Front office is almost aggresively hostile.
