I feel terrible that I havent left a review sooner. I have been using Kind Laser Skin & Wellness for over a year now and have never thought of them as anything but amazing! Jen, Olivia and Megan have all been so kind and the best professionals that I have ever had the pleasure of taking care of me. I tried three other places before I found Kind and there is no comparison. The experience, knowledge, skill and results from Kind are light years better than the others. The office and treatment rooms are immaculately kept clean and the equipment is state of the art. I am always treated as a person and a friend and have never felt like I am just another appointment on the books. Do yourself a favor and go to Kind Laser Skin & Wellness.

I have thus far had such a wonderful experience. I initially had scheduled at a national chain type facility. But then after reading about and having some poor interactions, I sought out independent local facilities. I came upon Kind and I am so thrilled that I did. I have only had my first session, but I’m so happy with the results so far. I can tell I have less hair and hair growing less quickly. I’m excited to see what happens by the end of my package. The Pricing here was phenomenal In comparison to the large chain facility. My consultation, as well as my appointment were very personal and comfortable. I was a little nervous Given how exposing it can feel and be sitting uncovered, and to have laser hair removal, but the technician was just so professional, and put me at ease. I will Definitely be seeking their expertise regarding skin care in the future as well

My facial with Olivia was absolutely amazing — she’s so gentle, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to explain each step. The products she used felt luxurious and soothing on my skin, and I left glowing and refreshed! I also love how this business supports other local entrepreneurs by advertising and selling their products in-store — it’s such a thoughtful way to build community and highlight other small businesses. Had my first of 3 sessions to remove my previously microbladed eyebrow tattoos so I can have them redone - wish I had done this years ago! The owner honored a deal I misinterpreted which was incredibly generous and made this an attainable service for me. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, I felt comfortable through the appointment and happy with results so far!

Wonderful experience! Jen made me feel welcome and special the moment I walked in offering tea, encouraging self care. Angie did an amazing job chatting enough to help me feel comfortable and leaving quiet space for relaxing. My facial came with a massage of my face, neck shoulders that was so relaxing.

Jen is absolutely the best! It’s truly the best customer service you’ll ever experience. All of the staff there are incredible honestly the best. The office is beautiful, clean, and the decor is amazing. And Jen? She’s the best laser girl out there!
