DO NOT COME HERE. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I specifically requested a certain type of laser suited for my skin type — something any reputable laser hair removal clinic would take seriously. Not only did they ignore this, they went ahead with a completely different laser without my consent. I wasn’t even informed until after the procedure was done. This is a complete disregard for safety, professionalism, and basic client communication. The staff showed zero concern for how the wrong laser could affect my skin type, which is both dangerous and negligent. Compared to other laser hair removal services I've experienced, this place is a joke. Do yourself a favor — avoid this clinic at all costs. There are far better, safer, and more ethical options out there.

We had good service from Avissa for laser hair removal over the course of 9 months and would have rated them highly, but after my partner chose to be done with laser, and told the front desk in person VERY EXPLICITLY that she did not want to continue her subscription to their services and told them to take her off of the subscription service and to delete the card on file... the card has been charged for 5 MONTHS now. Absolutely unacceptable. Now we have to cancel the card. Do not go here if you want to be listened to.

It was a great experience from the time I arrived and was greeted until I left. Mariya helped me out and was very knowledgeable in what she does, (thought she was a doctor lol) She was informative with my options and did not pressure me to make a fast decision. I felt she was very honest about what I could expect from the different treatments. I wasn’t pressured to get anything extra done. I ended up doing a hydra-facial as a start, my skin was glowing for weeks afterward. Mariya is so sweet, funny and made the experience as relaxing as possible! I drive an hour to see her now and it’s absolutely worth it!! Highly recommended this Med Spa!
