Update: got an unexpected bill. The invoice shows they billed a different insurance, so I called the billing department and the rep said first they have to bill in their state so it went to insurance in their state, then said it was my deductible (already met), and then blind transferred me to the local office, who claimed they didn't have anything to do with the billing and someone would call me. Yeah, okay. I should have listened to the reviews instead of the person who talked me into keeping the appt when I called with concerns. ___________ Thorough, knowledgeable but not dismissive, friendly, and they took the time to answer all my questions.

Everybody was; nice, professional, punctual from the check in staff to Dr. Schmiedecke. I feel happy (and fortunate) they could see me so rapidly. Highly recommend.
