Dr. Bang and I go way back. He has always been there when I needed someone to help me with my skin problems. Even when it was an emergency. He is knowledgeable, caring, pleasant, and always takes the time needed for a good diagnosis, discussion and treatment.

Dr. Bang is one of the kindest and most helpful doctors I think I have ever encountered! He is knowledgeable and professional, and is genuinely concerned and empathetic with our questions and concerns. His treatment solved an ongoing and worrisome issue for my husband, and if I ever need dermatological care, I will definitely be seeing Dr. Bang! His staff, particularly Celeste, are always so helpful and friendly as well! We both highly recommend Dr. Bang.

Dr. Ran Bang and his staff at Uptown Dermatology, provided my husband with an exceptional level of care at a difficult time in our lives. Dr. Bang also went above and beyond, with detailed explanations regarding his medical condition. He even managed to get my husband an appointment with the surgeon just 3 days after we had received the biopsy results back from the lab. We are not just thankful to Dr. Bang for his thorough and accurate diagnosis, his knowledge, his wisdom, or his recommendations. We are thankful because he is compassionate, empathetic, easy to talk to, and related to us exceptionally well — to us, that is what truly makes him special. In our experience, doctors are lacking the "compassion" training in medical school, which is necessary when caring for patients. Patients look for little things that only our doctors can provide to us, such as listening to our pain, and showing us empathy and compassion at a time when we may not have all the answers. This is what we appreciate about Dr. Bang. His encouragement to his patients minimizes the additional pain patients and loved ones suffer when we do not have the ability to connect with our health care professionals. I have confidence in the skill of Dr. Bang and his staff at Uptown Dermatology. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for the best dermatologist specialists in town. Today was my first visit with Dr Bang. From the moment I entered the office I was welcomed warmly by Celeste and Ilisha. Upon meeting Dr Bang, he was so pleasant and genuine--it was obvious he truly cared about me. He listened intently to my concerns and explained his findings in a clear, concise language. Dr Bang was able to perform minor surgery on my first visit. I'm excited to say, it was not painful in the least! I strongly recommend Dr Bang as your Dermatologist. I will shout from the rooftops to refer this great Doctor.

What a wonderful experience going in to see Dr. Bang was. He is so very nice and made sure I was very comfortable with the procedure. He listened to me and I felt his advice was very good. His office staff is a joy. I will most definitely go back in to see him with any and all my dermatological issues in the future. From the receptionist to the medical assistant I was impressed with Dr Bang’s staff. I was extremely impressed with Dr Bang himself. He was more thorough and more knowledgeable than any dermatologist I have ever seen, and for that, I am extremely grateful. Doctor Bang and his staff are the Best! I waded through a short list of Doctors and Dermatologist until coming to Dr. Bang... he was number 8. I knew after my first visit that I had finally found a doctor who could help heal my skin condition... and he did.
