Fantastic! Had to get something medically checked out recently. Got checked in and was brought back before I could even finish the intake forms. Everyone was so nice and reassuring, and explained everything as we went. I was actually in and out in about 30 minutes total the first time, which is an utter miracle in this state. Then, when I had to go back the next week to get stitches out, that was maybe 10 minutes tops. I also never felt a thing and was amazed at how gentle they were. I definitely have a lot more confidence, should I ever need a future skin procedure, and highly recommend this place. Thanks to everyone there.

I visited Dr. Tchanqué-Fossuo seeking treatment for acne scarring, white bumps on my lip (not acne), and unwanted chin hair. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. From the start, Dr. Tchanqué-Fossuo did not ask about my concerns and instead immediately focused on my acne. She offered treatments I had already tried for years and did not believe me when I explained that. Her response, "I don’t know your dosage and I don’t know how consistent you were with the treatment," implied that the lack of results was my fault rather than acknowledging my history. Despite me explaining multiple times that I was not there for acne treatment, she repeatedly pushed birth control and Accutane. Throughout the visit, she constantly interrupted me, never allowing me to finish my questions. At one point, I had to say, "please stop talking, I wasn’t finished asking my question." She reacted with visible irritation and responded in a dismissive tone: "are you done now?" She did not ask a single question during the entire visit, not even the standard "Do you have any other concerns?" which every other dermatologist I’ve seen has asked. The entire appointment lasted less than ten minutes. I left feeling unheard, rushed, and upset. She ignored my concerns about scarring, bumps, and hair, and instead pushed her own agenda. Her office never called to follow up on my hormone screening results, and it took more than two months to receive a bill for the visit. To her credit, the office staff were competent and far more professional than the physician herself. But based on this consultation, I cannot recommend Dr. Tchanqué-Fossuo. She did not listen, did not show empathy, and did not provide the care I sought.
