This healthcare establishment is violating federal law by posting about patients medications and treatments in their review responses. It shows a disgusting lack of concern for the well-being and privacy of their patients, as well as the binding legal authorities to which they are beholden. This alone is reason to go elsewhere.

I experienced a wait each time I've been there. But the office is very clean and welcoming.

Horrible experience! Came in only to be treated like I was bothering them. Had the nurse come to take a look and took pictures with a iPad and showed them to the doctor, I never even talked to him ! 50$ condition-Pay and they sent me out with hydrocortisone. Back a month later same condition if not worse, the nurse tells me to go find an allergy specialist! Zero help , zero empathy, I wish I could leave a zero star to match. Find anyone else this place is a waste of time and our hard earned money.

AWFUL AWFUL PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE SAVE TIME AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE! IVE BEEN WAITING 4 MONTH FOR AN APPOINTMENT AND THE MORNING OF ON MY WAY THEY CALL AND SAID PROVIDER OUT SICK. THEY ONLY HAVE TWO PROVIDERS FOR THE WHOLE PACILITY AND THERES NOT A THING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT BUT WAIT ANOTHER MONTH FOR ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. SPOKE WITH PATTI CLAIMS SHE THE SUPERVISOR VARY RUDE NO SYMPATHY NO REMORSE AND HUNG UP ON ME!

If I could give them no stars I would they are some of the least professional doctors I've come across they are rude cancel or reschedule your appointment without informing you don't waste your time there's a reason why they get such terrible reviews.

Not sure why everyone is having terrible experiences here. I've been twice in three years and everyone was professional, cheerful and thorough. I was just here on April 8, 25 and it was the same. Even did a free treatment of one spot of sebaceous hyperplasia, to see if it would be effective(not covered by my insurance). My ortho appointments have been wildly worse. Canceling appts day before, first ortho doc retiring, after taking me on as a new patient mid treatment. Surgery scheduling person not available, on an appointment specifically made to schedule surgery. Telling me their surgery dates are 3 months out, then finally scheduling to have them say 5 months out is all that's available. Got in for a cancelation.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this office. My 85-year-old mother had an appointment scheduled for 10:15 AM, and we arrived at the office at 10:07 AM—well within the allotted time. However, we were informed that she would not be seen because we missed the check-in time. This was entirely inaccurate, as we were on time for the scheduled 10:15 AM appointment. I asked to speak with the manager to discuss the issue but was told she was "too busy." I left a message with the manager but she never returned my call or followed up on the situation. This lack of communication and disregard for patient care is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, my mother, who is elderly and should not be denied care due to an administrative issue, was treated unfairly and charged a "no show" fee that shouldn’t have been applied in the first place. This raises serious concerns about their policies, which seem to prioritize collecting additional fees over providing quality care. I would strongly recommend looking into other options if you value respectful and responsible treatment.
