Dr. Victoria Olshansky did an amazing job with my teeth. I never imagined that I would be able to smile with such beautiful teeth. She completely transformed my smile, and I’m beyond grateful for her skill, care, and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I came here hoping to get some dental work done, but the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The wait to be seen wasn’t too bad at first, but once I was called back, they placed me with a new technician who was clearly still learning how to take x-rays. She struggled to communicate, seemed unsure of what to do, and wasn’t given the support she needed. Because of that, I ended up waiting an unusually long time just for basic x-rays. When I finally saw the dentist, the explanations were rushed and matter-of-fact, and my questions weren’t answered with any real clarity or detail. Overall, it felt like they were much more attentive to patients who shared their language and background, and as someone who only speaks English, I felt brushed off. I wouldn’t recommend this office based on my experience

I cannot recommend this dentist to anyone. All the bad reviews are for the reason. My experience with Dr. Olshansky was extremely negative. Her work is unprofessional, and communication skills are terrible. I found her to be quiet rude. I was shocked to learn from her former assistant that approximately 90% of Dr. Olshansky's implants are failing. I wish I talked to her before my implant fell out after she performed the procedure. Also she ordered three different crowns for me, and none of them fit properly, resulting in a painful three months ordeal and additionally I suffered a serious infection from having various crowns fed (The same instruments were used for more than one patient)!!! Afterward I received a call from the office stating that the doctor would not be able to complete the work. I paid cash for my implant and crown, and when I brought my fallen implant back to her office to request a refund, she refused to pay back my money. In the record she provided, she falsely claimed that the crown was perfect and that I chose to go to another doctor. It is astonishing to me that she still retains her license. I believe she should be investigated thoroughly. I feel that her five star reviews are fake, likely from friends.

Best Dental Clinic in Los Angeles, especially for Dental Cleaning(Prophylaxis) and its value. Great job and deal for everyone with or without Insurance. Perfect also for those with MediCal. Thank you Dr. Victoria and Staff

Another charlatan. Called them to book an appointment as they said they except medical. Puts me on hold and comes back and says they will also charge 100 for doctors time. I don’t understand they want to bill the medical and charge 100 bucks for a consultation. Stay away.

NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD RATE THEM. They refuse to take new patients even though I was assigned her office via Delta Dental. They are so archaic that they said they need to wait for a physical paper in the mail next month. I am reporting them to Delta Dental, take this caution and find a credible dentist. The office manager is the worst and her customer service is atrocious. RUN from this place!!

Higher not recommend this doctor Victoria Olshansky. Absolutely not competent in her work. Me and my husband 5 months can’t get implants. She changed our insurance and said also pay $800 for each person. She put dents about 4 times and it’s broken in 1 day. Every time we come back to fix it she put new one dent and it’s broke in 1-2 hours. She’s not able even put dent. I’m going report on her license. And also asking for full refund because we still staying with no dent from December 2022. Be aware of this lady.
