I’ve been going to this dental office for several years, and it pains me to say I am finally leaving. At first, I thought I had found the right place, especially under the care of Dr. Pooja, who showed real compassion and professionalism. Unfortunately, after she left, everything changed. Since then, I’ve endured expensive and drawn-out procedures, including two bridges that cost a fortune, were delayed due to mistakes, and have left me with chronic tooth pain, something I never experienced before coming here. On three separate occasions, I gave them the opportunity to make things right, but instead of taking responsibility, they brushed me off with referrals to specialists and surgeons. What was sold to me as the "better option" has turned into a nightmare that could now require surgery and thousands more dollars just to fix. The experience inside the office reflects the same lack of care. The place feels outdated and dingy. There is little to no privacy, you can hear every patient’s struggles while you sit in the chair. And the attitude I’ve encountered recently has been dismissive at best, sarcastic at worst. The final straw for me was a text saying they wouldn’t even clean my teeth without new x-rays. All I wanted was a simple cleaning , the only service I still trusted them with... and instead I was met with greed and inflexibility. I need my insurance to cover x-rays at the specialist who will hopefully repair their mistakes, so why would I pay them to repeat the process? This isn’t about convenience anymore. It’s about care, trust, and responsibility and this office has lost its way. From the unnecessary upsells, to the lack of accountability, to the way they’ve left me in constant pain after procedures that were supposed to help, I can no longer stay silent or keep going back. I will be looking for a new dentist, one who listens, takes ownership of their work, and puts patient well-being above profit. My hope is that no one else has to go through what I’ve gone through here.

RUN FROM THIS PLACE. They will waste your time and still take your money with no urgency to accommodate you or compensate you for your time wasted. It’s baffling to me any office will schedule appts and have their patients, who are on time, wait an hour and a half past their appt time; to then be told they still need to wait another 30-45 more to be seen for a cleaning. A cleaning and a fill. That’s it. I had another appt scheduled within that timeframe elsewhere, so I was told I could come back later in the day to get my treatments done and that they would be able to fas-track me then. Absolutely ridiculous waste of time and all I got was a "we are very sorry." Don’t come here. Your time will be wasted. They don’t care about you as a patient. It’s evident with how they run their scheduling. You can make an appt, but you won’t be seen at that time. Terrible business.

I used to like this place, but today I came in specifically to have my wisdom teeth removed and to move my appointment earlier. The assistant kindly helped me with that because it was urgent, and I clearly explained multiple times that the purpose of my visit was to get my tooth extracted. After taking the X-ray, I was told that the doctor who extracts this tooth will only be available after the New Year. So now I ask: why did you waste my entire day? This situation was caused by the male assistant, not the doctor. I made my reason for being there very clear. You knew there was no doctor available who could treat my issue, yet I was still brought in. Honestly, it feels like my time was wasted and possibly my insurance was billed, even though there was no doctor on site who could solve my problem. That is unacceptable. My health is far more important than money. This is very disappointing.

I recently switched insurance but went back to them, since the doc and nurses are so professional and nice. I called ahead and they told me my new insurance is in network. Schedule one a week ahead and made it there, just for them to tell me it’s not in network. The staffs at the front were rude and unhelpful. I wasted my time truly.

I came for a cleaning. The process seemed rather quick, but not sure if that's the norm here or if my Medi-Cal insurance only covers a general pass-through with a laser-type instrument instead of scraping plaque with the tool. Ideally, that would have been preferred. I was advised to have a couple of older fillings replaced with white fillings and did. Seems to have gone well.

There is maybe one honest person and one good dentist? I’ve came here for over a year because I couldn’t find a better place. During this time I’ve got a at least 3 of bad fillings that now have been reworked somewhere else. It definitely feels sketchy here. It is kind of the version of fast food but for dentists.. be aware

I wish I could give zero stars. I came in six months ago with cold and heat sensitivity on one of my molars. They found a small cavity in the X-rays. After drilling into my tooth they told me I needed to go to a specialist. I paid about $700 to get a special root canal done. It has been over three months and they somehow couldn’t manage to get my crown approved in time. My tooth recently broke, and I was informed that I now need an implant. I expressed my frustration to the owner and she called me rude. Not only have I been in pain and uncomfortable for several months, I will now be out of a couple thousand dollars because of this mess.
