The Washington Dental Health Care Center

I been coming here for years!! The staff is so friendly,never had a problem with them working me in to get an appointment. My dentist is simple the best, I look forward to always having my teeth cleaned.

Though I didn't personally get the opportunity to visit as a patient, both my cousin and my eyebrow professional did and ooh.. ahhh! Beautiful work and nice vacation. I'd like to make a comment about the gal who's implant came lose? This can happen. Weather here in the USA or abroad we're ready for possibly the worst, expecting the best... Oye vey! Need I say more. Hope the clinic is able to get their new website up. For now I have beautiful brochure of.. prices incl! For myself... I've been ousted from a dentist and dental school due to my overbite. Just wished that upon all the measuring done and critiques of my overbite, that they could have stopped rather than waiting afterwards..several procedures later and just "call it a day" make other plans lol! Like save my money and go to the Washington clinic. Wonder if any one knows if a good INS dental plan be considered, especially if some work coincides medically? Thanks

I never in my wildest imagination would think I'd be writing a negative comment about this dental center. I've been coming to this place for the past 15 years or so. Every six months they schedule me in for an appointment. I've been calling these people for the past three months to schedule an emergency appointment due to my implant coming out. No luck getting an early appointment so I go into the office today and I'm told I can't be seen. So you know I'm heated! I'm thinking why these people didn't mention this to me months, weeks, or evening day's ago. In short if you value your time this place wouldn't be a good bet. Totally Unbelievable 🤯🏃🏾💨

I've been going to this dentist for 2 years (3 visits). I enjoy Dr. Greaves (he's friendly and patient), but his front staff are obnoxious, unprofessional, and have bad attitudes. Each time I have went, I showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointment and yet im still waiting never less then an hour to be seen. Today my appointment was at 10am. I was there at 9:45am and signed in...at 10:20 the young lady said that since im a new patient, i have to fill out the form again. I did. Not a word to check-in or inform me about the process after that....nothing. I am a professional and have responsibilities to my workplace... Taking 2.5 hours out of my day for a 20 minute cleaning is unacceptable. Never going back

I will never go back there again and I will be reporting them to my insurance provider. Dr Greaves very rude to me no mask on one occasion. I am not pleased with my dentures there lab sucks. and I am going to go get another set somewhere else. Customer service was alright but doctor made me feel very uncomfortable

IT was my first time going to a dc dentist and they made me feel right at home, theres a bit of a wait but its because they take there time with each patient and make them feel really comfortable. my dentist was dr. Andrews he was amazing "D he kept checking on me through the process and he was very sweet, I'm happy I went here for my first time 🙂
