Customer Reviews
Warren Laser Dentistry has a rating of 4.8 out of 5 based on over 1134 reviews on Google
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about my experience with this office. They get ZERO STARS from me, I’ve endured enough. From start to finish, the level of rudeness and lack of professionalism was shocking. On more than one occasion, staff members were dismissive, condescending, and completely lacking basic courtesy. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. Simple questions were met with attitude, and there was zero effort to make patients feel comfortable — which is especially concerning for a dental office where people may already feel anxious. On top of that, the pricing is extremely high for the quality of service provided. If you’re going to charge premium prices, at the very least there should be premium professionalism. That was not my experience. I would strongly encourage others to think twice before booking here — especially if you’re considering bringing your children. There are plenty of offices that treat patients with respect and value their business. Unfortunately, this is not one of them.
I've been going here since I was a kid, but this is the first time I've felt to voice my overall thoughts with this clinic. This clinic "strives to treat patients like their own family" lmao, you have got to be joking, right? There are a couple of really nice receptionists who are friendly and helpful. There are also many who are bitter and rude. When I told one receptionist that I lost my retainer yesterday and my teeth have started shifting, she immediately started raising her voice and accusing me of lying. She claimed I must have lost my retainers a long time ago. To the rude receptionist lady who thinks she has knowledge of dentistry, orthodontics, shifting teeth, etc.... you don't. You are a receptionist. In a later phonecall, she contradicted herself and said teeth shift every day. If you don't have knowledge on something, do not speak on it and do not accuse patients of lying. When calling around to other clinics and speaking to their receptionists, it was like night and day. I was literally in awe of how friendly they were. Compared to them, the receptionist I spoke to literally came from hell. Crass service is the standard for this clinic. Second, they are careless with your dental health and your records. After I got two teeth pulled, they told me I could go to school the next day. I could barely lift my head, let alone speak. I was resting in bed for 2 weeks because of the pain. Today, I called at least 3 other dentists/orthodontists in my area for advice on what to do after I lost my retainers, and they ALL stated that my dentist should have kept the scans, records, etc for at least 5-10 years. Well, I called and was told that they were deleted, even though I got my braces off 2 years ago. The rude receptionist insists that this is their protocol there, regardless of how other clinics do it. Thank you so much for letting me know how careless and negligent your clinic is. Lastly, I was quoted $350 for a new set of bottom arch retainers. In Ann Arbor, the price was $200-$250 literally everywhere. One of the receptionists at the other clinic literally said "wow" when I told her the price here. They also left me with unsatisfactory results after my orthodontic treatment. My midline was severely off, which Dr. Yousif attributed to being caused by "the shape" of my bottom teeth. My sister asked me "why do your bottom teeth still look crooked" right after I got my braces off, since you could visibly see how crowded the front 4 still looked. Also, the hygienists take literally only 2 seconds to show you how to place the bands. After a month, they realized I had put it on the wrong teeth. The hygenist just brushed it off and said "it's wrong but it's fine". Very reassuring. Another time during a cleaning, a hygienist had extremely long acrylic nails that physically made me cry from the pain. I have heard horror stories here from my friends, my siblings, who have all decided never to come back here ever again. They are particularly put off by the horrible receptionists there. Even though my teeth have shifted, I am literally never returning to Warren Laster Dentistry. I will never give them a single cent of my money, and I am so sad that my father wasted his money here to get me braces. I have found a new dentist/ orthodontist in Ann Arbor, with better receptionists, better treatment options, and better costs. I have an appointment scheduled with them for Monday! I hope I never have to interact with this clinic's miserable people and low-quality service ever again.
I’ve been going to Warren Laser Dentistry for years. Within the last year, I have noticed the quality of care here has decreased. For starters, the receptionists can be rude sometimes. After my most recent visit, I will no longer be returning. My visit was rushed, and my concerns were not heard. My fillings always seem to become chipped or fall out after the work here recently. Even my friends and family who come here have had the same experience. The dentist who was filling in my tooth did not appear to care about my pain and then downplayed that I was even feeling pain. In addition to this, the side where I received the filling is constantly causing me pain. I no longer believe I am receiving the best care here and have taken my business elsewhere.
Worst experience ever. I wasn't seen until 30 minutes past my appointment time after 3 texts from them about when to arrive. The receptionist was not aware of the $150 new patient special they advertised online. The hygienist was nice and attentive way more so than the dentist. She took two minutes to look me over and walked in the middle of me asking her a question. She never addressed any of my issues making it very unlikely that I will be returning. It had been awhile since my last visit to the dentist and this is the reason why. It's all about money cause they took that first but I don't have a problem with that its the quality of the service including your attitude.
I strongly do not recommend this clinic. As a result of the "treatment" I received here, I am now facing serious dental problems. Almost all of the teeth that were filled at this clinic are painful. For two of them, I had to get crowns because the pain after the fillings was unbearable. No one warned me beforehand that a filling could be too close to the nerve or cause such complications. Instead, when I returned with severe pain, I was simply told that root canal treatment and crowns were necessary. I returned to the clinic multiple times complaining about persistent pain. Each time, I was told that I simply have sensitive teeth. However, I never had such issues before receiving treatment at this clinic. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. Even on the teeth where the nerves were removed, I still experience pain. I was told this was due to leftover cement and crowns being too high. Although these issues were supposedly corrected, the pain has not improved, and it is still painful to eat. To clarify, the pain is not limited to just one or two teeth — it affects almost all of the teeth that were treated at this clinic, on both sides of my jaw. Now I am forced to look for another dentist and pay additional money to fix the work done at this clinic. I strongly advise against choosing this clinic.
I had major anxiety about going to the dentist due to past traumatic experiences, and I avoided dental visits for years because of it. When I finally decided to face that fear and find a dentist I could truly feel comfortable with, I found these amazing people. The dentist and the entire staff have been nothing but kind, patient and supportive. Choosing this office was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. 🙂
I brought my mom in for her appointment, and the doctor who cleaned her teeth was incredibly friendly, patient, and gentle. She made my mom feel comfortable the whole time, and the visit went very smoothly. We really appreciated her kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this office!
