Great Expressions Dental Centers - Warren

I called because I had a broken tooth on a Friday at closing because I didn’t have a dentist. The ladies at the front desk were so helpful in getting things together that they taught me how to 3 way call my insurance and get in. Monday I came in the first appointment Monday. The Dental Assistant and the Dentist were great too. It’s genuinely the most pleasant experience I have had at a dentist since I can remember and I’m 42. They were kind and supportive. It’s been a great experience and that means a lot a day after getting a root canal.

Had an emergency and was handled professionally. I Was able to get in and out quick, staff was very nice. Definitely recommend.

Candace at the front desk was great. I also really like the Dentist. He was really good with explaining everything and making me feel comfortable. My hygienist was gentle as well.

I love going to this office. Everybody is so nice. Little to no wait. Being going here 5+ years and would not change!

Great Expressions General and Surgical Warren are two amazing locations to be serviced at. Wait times are super short like they’re waiting on you to come in lol. I had a completely pain free root canal and my core and crown procedures were fast and pain free also. The General dentistry office has the BEST receptionists in Michigan and I truly adore how interpersonal they’ve made my experience. I will continue to patronize this establishment and recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist office to schedule with. 💞

The cleaning of my teeth went okay, but I waited over a half hour for the dentist. The lady at the desk wasn't friendly when I wished to just check out and go home. The dentist was apologetic and kind. And said next time if I don't want to wait for him to just check out. I would've appreciated it, if the rest of the staff would've given me that option. I was sore, tired, and hungry.

This is the best dental office I have ever gone to! Dr. Hsieh is very kind, thought and professional. The staff at this location is also top notch! I'm grateful to have such high quality dental care available in a convenient location. I would highly recommend them 100%
