Dr. Be is an amazing dentist!!!! I’m not a fan of dental work (well who is lol) my nerves were so bad. I had to go in for healing caps to be placed on my implants. Well, I know I had to be numbed and did not want to experience the feeling of the needle being stuck in my gums so I asked for some lidocaine to be rubbed in the area first. I was placed under when I got the implant post put in so of course I didn’t experience the whole needle thing the first time around. Anywho, I didn’t feel a thing when I was being numbed and then still didn’t feel anything during and after he was done. A little sore but Motrin continued to helped. Very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable and ensured everything was going to fine and that my friend he didn’t lie about. 10/10. Highly recommend Dr. Be. Thanks again!

I had a traumatizing experience at the West Bloomfield location and was referred to another office that didn’t have any openings until mid-November. After doing some Google searching, I came across the Warren location — and I’m so glad I did! When I called and explained what had happened the week prior, the lady I spoke with was so pleasant and patient (I wish I remembered her name!). She was able to get me in that same week! When I met Dr. Be, his bedside manner was unmatched! He was on time for my appointment, didn’t make me feel rushed, and most importantly, he listened. I felt so comfortable, which meant so much after what I had just gone through. Dr. Be came up with a plan and explained everything thoroughly. Fast forward to the day of my procedure — his assistant Teairra was just as lovely and really helped ease my nerves. Dr. Be came in, told me I was about to "go night-night," and when I woke up… all the pain I had been suffering through was gone! If you’ve ever had a bad toothache or infection, you know how unbearable it can be — I’d take a backache or stomachache any day over that kind of pain! 😂 When I woke up, Teairra was right there waiting. She already had my follow-up appointment scheduled, went over my discharge instructions, and even walked me to my car. Honestly, after my West Bloomfield experience, I was ready to leave Great Expressions altogether — but I’m so glad I didn’t! Dr. Be and the Warren team are absolutely fantastic. Thank you for everything! 😊

I've never had such a disappointing experience at a medical office. The front desk staff has a terrible attitude, even the smallest mistake on your part gets you treated like you've done something awful. I was dropped as a patient after being late just once, even though I had already paid for X-rays and a $35 deposit. Dr. Anthony Carbajal refused to see me after I was late one single time for my appointment. Meanwhile, I've seen other patients sitting in the waiting room for hours for the doctor, and that seems to be totally fine. The double standard is unbelievable. You're made to feel like they are the boss of you instead of being a paying patient. The arrogance and lack of respect are just beyond words. Avoid all great expression locations! This place shows no respect, compassion, or understanding for patients.

I came here to get my wisdom teeth removed, everyone was so kind and caring. I was a little nervous but once I got there Dr. Be and the staff made me feel so much better I wasn’t nervous at all. The whole procedure was so fast! Felt like I just took a nap lol. This center is absolutely phenomenal you should definitely check it out 10/10 recommend!

I was "banned" for canceling a couple of appointments. I’m generally a punctual person, but during this time I and my father were experiencing medical issues. I don’t own a car, this is far from my home but was the office I was sent to. And I had to see two different doctors; it was difficult to balance. Instead of extending compassion, they took my deposits and banned me from this location. In no way was I disrespectful (even when notified I was banned); I just was going through a tough time while trying to take care of my dental hygiene. This entire situation left me in tears. I will not be returning to this GE.

Dr. Austin Be was awesome! Had wisdom teeth pulled. Very knowledgeable, honest, reassuring. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend
