I had an amazing experience with Dr. Kwon. She is truly an outstanding dentist—gentle, thorough, and incredibly skilled. You can tell she really cares about her patients and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Her staff, Miho and Kassandra, are just as wonderful. They’re warm, welcoming, and make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. The whole office has such a positive and caring atmosphere. If you’re looking for a dentist you can trust, I can’t recommend Dr. Kwon and her team enough. They’re the best!

My experience here was absolutely amazing. I’m the type of person who does not like cleanings or anything to do with the dentist, but Dr. Kwon and her team made me feel so welcome and comfortable with their small talk and their atmosphere. Miho was so nice and friendly, while Cassandra was sweet and kind! Dr. Kwon was gentle when cleaning my teeth and would always ask if I was okay or if I needed a break. She was also very thorough with teaching me the proper way to brush! No other dentist I’ve been to has ever done that before. All in all, amazing dentist and I highly recommend them.

I have a family of 4 and we all go to Dr. Kwon. I also referred my mom and she goes there now. Dr. Kwon and team are always friendly, personable and great at what they do. I consider them family and I actually enjoy going to see them for all my routine and non-routine needs. Thank you!

Not only Dr Katie Kwon but also Miho and Cassandra are able to combine excellent dental care with a friendly and open environment. I had a great experience with the long process of an implant, making the appointments at the times that worked well for me, managing the insurance coverage carefully and ending with a well fitting result. Katie takes the time to discuss the procedure and the risks, allowing joint decision making. They also guided me in better tooth cleaning, a very welcome improvement after too many years of mediocre practice. Great team!

I live in San Jose, but I regularly make the 50-minute drive to Walnut Creek to see Dr. Kwon, and it's been completely worth it. I go in for routine teeth cleaning and also started Invisalign treatment here. The care has been consistent, detailed, and easy to follow. The staff is friendly and organized, and the office is clean and comfortable (I like the massage in the chair!) I’ve never had issues with scheduling, and they’re always punctual. Even with many dentists closer to home, I’ve stuck with this office because I feel confident in the care I’m getting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for trustworthy dental work — from cleanings to Invisalign, or really any dental needs.
