Scheduling was easy open on Saturdays free shuttle rides and coupons are all reasons why I return. Keep up the good work.

Walnut Creek CJDR is the place I go to service my Jeep! They have excellent customer service, and I feel like I get taken care of every time I go. They have premium snacks and a coffee bar that makes the wait time feel nonexistent. They even go as far to wash my vehicle. Faisal you’re awesome! 10/10 every time I go!

Great experience bringing my truck in for a recall. Scheduling was easy and customer service superb. My service writer Jose Medina checked me in, offered me a shuttle ride, kept me informed and I had it back the same day. They even washed it for me! Great outdoor sitting area with shade if you are waiting.

The staff here was friendly and responsive, but they were absolutely clueless when it came to servicing a Chrysler hybrid vehicle (Pacifica). I took my car in for a routine oil change, and when I got it back, they had somehow disabled the battery. I was getting 40% worse mileage, and no one there knew how to correct the mistake!?! I had to drive into the dealership two more times before they were able to figure out how to re-engage the battery.

The service manager, Paul is amazing. Outstanding service. But I will say that the prices are pretty steep. As an example, they wanted to charge me $40 to install an air filter that literally took me 30 seconds to install. And they wanted to charge me $1500 to change the fuel lines But I took it to a local mechanic that did it for $240. But the people are all very friendly and nice and provide excellent service

I bought my Wrangler from a different dealership, who didn't have a great Service department. A friend of mine referred me here and I have had nothing but excellent service since then. Most recently, I had major problems with my Jeep and it needed to be in the shop for several weeks due to parts being back-ordered. I want to give a shout out to Elvira in the Service department. She gave me regular updates and communicated exactly what to expect during the entire process. She was always friendly, professional, and helpful in talking through everything.
