Sprouts Farmers Market

My favorite place to shop for food! I always feel like im getting the best food for great prices. I also love the bulk food bins where you can scoop out as much as you need and its priced by the pound. I get my granola, trail mix, rice and beans from them. Game changer. Less plastic waste as well.

As a visitor from the Philippines, exploring Sprouts Farmers Market was a delightful experience. The store’s layout, reminiscent of an indoor farmers’ market, features wide aisles filled with fresh fruits and vegetables, making it enjoyable to browse. While the selection of Filipino-specific ingredients is limited, the bulk bins allow you to purchase grains, nuts, and dried fruits in customizable quantities, which is convenient for trying new items without committing to large packages. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing a pleasant shopping experience. Overall, Sprouts Farmers Market is a great place to find fresh and organic products in a clean and organized environment.

Sprouts is one of my favorite grocery store in Walnut Creek. The produce at Sprouts is consistently fresh and great quality. They’ve got wide selection of organic , meat alternatives as well as fresh produce and deli items. The layout of the store is easy to navigate, and I never have trouble finding what I need. Overall it’s a great reliable grocery store with fresh produce, affordable prices, and exceptional customer service. The staff always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. I’ll definitely will be heading back there again and highly recommend this store to anyone!

I absolutely love shopping at this place! The staff is fantastic and they always have exciting new products! Lately, I can't get enough of the $9.99 Beef sirloin bowl! They also have a wonderful variety of ready-to-eat snacks.

I’m writing this to share an extremely disappointing experience that made it clear I’ll never be returning to this Sprouts location again. My brother and I were simply shopping, minding our own business, when a manager named Jackie suddenly appeared behind us and began questioning why we were "taking so long" in the store. We had only been there for about 20 minutes — and even if it were longer, that’s not something any customer should be harassed for. Her tone and approach were completely unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable, targeted, and unwelcome. She invaded our personal space, spoke to us as if we were doing something wrong, and even started taking pictures or videos of us, which was shocking and completely inappropriate. For a manager to behave that way is embarrassing and an invasion of privacy. What should have been a simple shopping trip turned into an unpleasant and humiliating experience. There is absolutely no justification for a manager to single out paying customers like that. Whether it was poor judgment, bias, or something more personal, it was unacceptable. I can only imagine how someone with anxiety, ADHD, or a disability would feel being treated this way. Because of this experience, Sprouts has officially lost two first time customers who had planned to make this store part of our regular routine. And judging by the other 1-star reviews mentioning similar experiences with this same manager, it seems this isn’t an isolated incident. I truly hope corporate takes this seriously and reviews Jackie’s conduct, because no customer should ever be treated like this.

I love using the Sprouts app for drive up orders. Great service. Pick out my items online, and drive up at the selected time and they quickly load them. No extra fees or charges. Friendly and helpful service.

Today I had a very uncomfortable experience at this Sprouts location. I approached the cashier, greeted her politely, and she only looked at me without saying anything. When I told her that I wanted to make a return, she said she did not understand me. I do have an accent, and it is possible she truly did not understand, but the way she said it and the expression on her face made me feel uneasy. The whole return process was unpleasant. She asked for my receipt, and after I gave it to her, she told me three different times that my item was not on the receipt. I asked her to check again because I was sure it was there. After looking more carefully, she finally found it, but she did not apologize or explain anything. The entire interaction felt strange and dismissive. I even regretted coming in to return the product. Considering how difficult the political climate is right now, and the fact that I am not American but Asian, this experience felt especially uncomfortable. I do not know if this was intentional or simply unprofessional behavior, but it left me feeling unwelcome and disappointed.
