THIS OFFICE IS WONDERFUL! I had been to another office that was horrible and took every penny they could ... when I was in the dental chair, the doctor was even abusive! I absolutely LOVE Northwest Dental Services. Val has had to be very, very creative in working around major flaws left by the previous dentist, and all at a reasonable price. He is thoughtful, generous with his time, and also funny. I will go to none other than Debbie, the dental hygienist with my implants. She is the ONLY hygienist I know of who continually updates herself on best practices to keep my 3 weirdly placed implants healthy for the journey called life. It is not a simple matter. She also gave me instructions for home care which had not been provided by the previous dentist. The entire office really cares about their paitents. I give thanks for the day I discovered N.W.D. Services and have referred many to their office. I highly recommend NORTHWEST DENTAL SERVICES! They have saved my mouth.

There isnt enough room to express how well ALL the folks at N.W. Dental do their jobs....from the fast and efficient ladys at the front desk, to the "Leader of the band" Val and his experienced crew of pros, there isnt another provider that even come close to the excellent services these great folks provide. Val is the best at everything that happens in the process of getting new choppers in your mouth...he never gives up, until his patients are 100% satisfied hes done his absolute best, to make your smile the way you want it! I was absolutely devastated when I had to have all my teeth pulled during a jaw surgery a couple months ago. I did some searching around for dental clinics that accept state medical, and came across this clinic. I'm so happy I did. From the time of my first appointment I had my dentures in less than a month! It may have even been less than 3 weeks! Everyone in the office from the receptionist, to the dentists, the denturists, the lab techs, were absolutely amazing. They worked with me and helped me work through the denture process even though I still have very limited opening with my mouth because of the jaw injury. I wanted my dentures to look natural and so they printed out a picture of what my teeth used to look like and they did such an amazing job. They got very close to what my teeth used to look like. I'm very happy with my results. Everyone was so kind and so supportive. They all actually care about their patients and it's so obvious. I'm still blown away with how quick the process was. They even gave me an appointment after their usual working hours to make sure they fit me on the schedule so I didn't have to wait an extra 2 weeks for my teeth. I'm still getting used to them, it's definately an adjustment. I just had to come and praise this clinic for being the best dental clinic I've ever been to. I have my confidence back and I have my smile back. Thank you Northwest Dental Services! ❤️🦷😁 Edit to add they made me feel like a real human, not just a 'welfare' patient like most places I've been (dental or medical) I appreciate so much that they didn't treat me like I was a just another person with state medical, I really feel they went all out , and didn't hesitate to treat me the same way as someone paying with cash or someone w private insurance. Again thank you all and I'll see you at my next appointment at the end of the month. Truly amazing people .

I have been coming to Northwest dental services for almost a decade now. And all that time I have never had an unpleasant experience. The doctors and staff are genuinely as nice as anyone could be. They're also very thorough and understanding of your financial situation and making sure that you are comfortable with what you're being charged. From the front desk to the dental assistants I'm always greeted with a smile and they are really very concerned about my comfort. I have been seeing Val and his fantastic crew close to 15 years or more and I can’t say enough good things about each and every one of them. They are the best dental group in Tacoma and they have the best customer service. They’re fun, and they’re concerned about the customer and take care of the tiniest little issue to the biggest issue. I fortunately I will never have to go anywhere else but here because they make me feel like familyand this is where I’m staying. Northwest Dental services. I love this clinic, and the staff is just great. There are always smiles when you come in, and the warmth that resonates from them is enough to feel comfortable. I started coming here not as a patient, but driving my elderly neighbor for years. I saw how prestine they treated her, and she on the other hand could not say enough good things about them. When it was time for me to change dentist, of course I went to Northwest Dental Services 5 years ago and have been satisfied with them ever since.

Great work i had my upper teeth pulled and im going through the dentures process and they are vary gentle and informative. Professional and polite. My father had his dentures done here without any problems aswell years ago and they still hold strong. I recommend them
