This place deserves a negative 3 stars. This is the worst place I've ever been to. This place needs to be shut down ASAP. They cancel on you without warning, telling you its your fault after saying you didn't confirm via phonecall (there was no phonecall.) They said they called me on the 21st of Jan. I showed them my phone log. The receptionist let me look at her screen and it was confirmed they would have only sent confirmation via email or text which neither were received. They sent a MyChart notification reminding me of my appt. There was no confirmation prompt. The staff was rude and unprofessional, one was without identification not able to tell if she worked there or not. They never once offered to reschedule and when I called, they said they are completely booked. HOW?

The staff is great. My dentist was awesome and don’t me started on the oral surgeon who only does Saturday appointments he was amazing I appreciated the fact that he talked the entire time of everything he was doing when my tooth was extracted. His bedside manner was great I can’t wait for more people to experience this

They told me I needed to confirm my appointment 48 hours otherwise it would be cancelled. I confirmed my appointment and even showed them proof that I confirmed it and they still cancelled it. I asked why it was cancelled even though I had confirmed it, they said it was probably a system error and it's been happening to other people. So it sounds like there just canceling people's appointments even if they confirmed it and not doing anything about it. Had to reschedule my appointment. I confirmed my appointment on Tuesday for the Thursday that week, very upsetting.

My wife has been waiting for this office to send a referral to an oral surgeon so she can her implants, she’s been calling daily for 2 months, well no one answers the phone or calls back, plus they said they take my insurance but guess what they don’t! I would not recommend this clinic

I wen-to the clinic today for an appointment I had scheduled since last month. To try to get a Night guard with supposed Specialist Nisha Sharoff, DDS, MS. Since beginning she stated Not understanding what I was saying. When I said Nose Congested, She started saying constipated so in the stomach and a lot of things. Also the nurse told her I heard the patient said Congested. So this woman named Nisha Sharoff, DDS, MS. Tried to keep like saying what she wanted not letting me finish my explanation. She asked me who said that I need a guard, I told her about the Surgeon Maxillofacial that I saw at Puyallup Location Oral and Facial Surgery Center of Washington I saw Dr E. Chacon . He recommended to get a night guard. So I tried to explained that woman supposed Dr Nisha Sharoff, DDS, MS. Also I asked her if the orthodontics benefits can cover and she was like more interested and tells me that I don’t need the guard or I have to pay it from my pocket when I do have 2 insurance to cover it. This person it’s not professional at all she had actitud since she meet me. She’s so arrogant and her Ego not let her to treat patients as how the profesional has to be. She’s a worse person a supposed professional I saw in my life. She’s from INDIA and her pronunciation it’s not at all understandable. I also have accent but my English is clear. I told her the way she was talking to me it’s not the way a professional treat patients and she said also said that I disrespect her when I told her don’t understand her when she supposed was explaining me about my teeth. I can see how liar person She is. She said she offered me an interpreter when that never happens, also never need interpreters anymore since very long time and I see any Dr and I explain with the English I know and they understand. I’m sure for her actitud to me, so rude unprofessional without know me She shows how inferior she feels front of looking better woman’s than her and try to humiliated me, make me feel like an stupid. Now she wrote a note and lies about her explanation about me. I never ever disrespect not one for not reason. I tell what she deserved. She was so rude to me as an uneducated person. She walked out to the room denied to help me. I stand up and I told her how unprofessional is an also liar person. This is insane how she lies and say to be a professional. I’m sure she needs to go back to school and learn how Drs have to treat patients. If you are respectful I am. If you are not, I still do. But if you treat me and try to make me look like an idiot or tried to said things that I don’t Make sure you’ll listen what I have to tells you. Bad experience. I never want to see her again.
