One Dental Tacoma: Holistic Dentistry, Dental Implants & Sedation

I am thankful for Dr. Webley’s holistic specialty skills and attention to detail in my tooth extraction and bone graft. His admin and medical staff are kind, patient, dedicated and professional. It was intriguing to see progress of the graft at 1 & 3 weeks postop. I am sincerely thankful for this team. I will see them again for ceramic implant & tooth placement in about 6 months.

I was very anxious going into my extraction and crown, but Dr. Webley and his team made the entire experience feel safe, calm, and well-supported. He explained everything clearly, checked in with me throughout, and handled both procedures with incredible care and precision. I also healed much faster than I expected, which I’m so grateful for. His staff is thorough, kind, and considerate from start to finish. Dr. Webley is truly the best dentist I’ve ever been to.

I contacted this location with concerns about severe tooth pain, and within an hour they were able to schedule an appointment to address my concerns. From my first interaction with the front desk staff, to the nurse who completed my X-rays, and finally the doctor, everyone was exceptionally kind, professional, and showed genuine care for my needs. After the evaluation, it was determined that I needed four wisdom teeth extractions, and they were able to schedule the procedure for the very next day! The entire team provided outstanding care, demonstrating both expertise and compassion throughout the process. Once the sedation wore off, I experienced little to no pain, which truly speaks to the quality of care I received. As someone who was not previously a regular patient at this location, I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, the reviews I had read were an accurate reflection of the exceptional service they provide. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience and have confidently decided to make this my primary dental office. Thank you all again for the amazing hospitality and making this a comfortable experience for me!!

Was my birthday the day of appointment not one birthday wish or acknowledgment of the birthday as if it’s not in my file. One of your Dr’s/Dentist that you brought in earlier this year (Dr.Kelly) was my dentist since I was kid never not once missed my birthday or even my sisters; You guys mispronounced my name time and time again after correction, Instead of asking the patient they try to encourage you right then and there to sign your autograph on a paper with a date scheduled to fix the problem, not asking how anyone can or would pay, they assume you have payment under control with or without insurance. Overall bad experience, and lastly, I was very disappointed with the professionalism of the woman who cleaned my teeth because after incident it was like she TRIED to keep poking me and grabbing my lip extremely hard; been to the dentist my whole life not once was I ever put in a predicament like this at the dentist.

Usually I am freaked out about going to the dentist and try to avoid it. But the people at One Dental were so accommodating and took such care with me that I was really relieved. The hygienist was thorough but kind and Dr. Webley took personal interest in how best to make sure my teeth would have the best care. I really appreciated it .

The best dental experience i have ever had. Everyone was so kind and informative. It had been a long time since I had been to the dentist, and they didn't belittle me or yell at me for it. They treated me with respect and kindness. Look forward to my continued care here.

One Dental in Tacoma staff is the best! They made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me thoroughly and were very gentle. I was very happy to find a dental office that has so much experience, and services in one office! And offers Holistic options! They take time to find out about you and your specific needs. I definitely made the right decision to call them! My Dental Hygienist, Krystlelyn, was so caring and gentle. Dr. Webley and dental assistant Kai were awesome! I was a little nervous getting a tooth pulled but they were very patient and took time and answered all my questions and helped me feel so relaxed.about the whole procedure. I feel so much better now that that tooth is gone! And it is healing perfectly! Thank you!!!
