Absolutely incredible experience. First calling was easy and the receptionist over the phone was so sweet and was able to get me in the next day because of a concern I had regarding my back tooth. I have a lot of dental anxiety due to previous dentist I have seen and have found it quite hard to find a dentist office so accommodating to my needs. As I stepped through the door the receptionist Kimberly was absolutely amazing and very soft spoken. She greeted me with a huge smile on her face and made coming into the office feel great. Her energy is amazing and her customer service skills is top tier. As I got called back, Mathew the dental hygienist made my experience even more welcoming! He made me feel as if I wasn't just a patient, he made sure I was comfortable and calm. He was cracking dad jokes and constantly making me forget about the anxiety I had as soon as I walked back there. He kept checking in on me to make sure I was doing okay. He addressed any concerns I had and even after my appointment made sure I didn't have any other concerns or questions. The Dentist who cleaned my teeth and assessed them was phenomenal as well. She answered every question I had or addressed any concern I had in regards to my teeth. The people I met today at this clinic have made my dental experience far better than I have experienced in the past couple of years. I normally don't write reviews but I can't rave about this dentist enough. I expressed how hard its been to find a dentist that actually feels like they listen to my concerns and make the experience a lot less anxious for me. Thank you to the staff that have made coming to the dentist Enjoyable, I will be back!

By far and away THE BEST dental experience I’ve ever had. EVER. From the counter with Kimberly and Jessica, to Dr. Koo and techs on two consecutive days Nerius and Matthew— this is the ultimate dream team. Seriously skilled, no bs, total expertise, kindness, cleanliness, accommodation — literally everything was perfect. So perfect, in fact, that they may have single-handedly dispelled and overwritten every terrible dental experience I’ve ever had. I’ll never go anywhere else. Thank you team!

Initially got referred by my friend Nicole; she said she loved it here so I had to make an appointment. Making an appointment online was super easy! And like many other people, I was terrified to see the dentist. But, right from the get go, at the front desk with Kimberly, my experience started off amazingly! Kimberly was kind, diligent and knowledgeable! Also, my dental assistant, Matthew was also quite a character! He was personable and funny; made me feel very comfortable. All in all, front office and back office staff were all very kind, and I can't wait to come back!

I'm normally nervous when I see the dentist. From the time i made my appointment to leaving I felt calm with no anxiety. The staff here are amazing and they have something special going on with this staff. The kindness and dad jokes put them at the top

This unfortunately will be a negative, but honest review. Today I had an appointment at 3:40, I arrived at 3:30, but was not called back until 4:10. Another gentleman had arrived shortly after myself, and was called back much sooner. When I was called back, I let the hygienist know I do have dental anxiety, with that I was met with a very judgmental energy. I was asked if I had gotten X-rays when I was seen at their other location in DuPont, when I confirmed that I had, I was told they will need to wait until those records are faxed over then they would let the dentist know I was ready to be seen. We waited another 10 minutes, then made the decision to leave without being seen, or having said anything to anyone. This was decided not only due to the lack of timeliness, but because of the energy and vibe of the office itself. We also noticed it was a very dirty office. There was dirt all over the floors, and it just overall did not appear to be a clean environment. I no longer felt safe or comfortable staying. Their location in DuPont is much nicer, well kept, timely, and the staff is very kind and welcoming. But, I unfortunately will be finding a different practice. As someone that also works in healthcare, it was very disappointing. I

Hands down the best dentist in Tacoma! I’ll definitely be going back. They took amazing care of my spouse and removed three teeth with such professionalism and compassion. The office is spotless, and the whole team made us feel comfortable from start to finish. Truly top-tier dental care in the entire PNW!

Nice enough staff and I enjoyed my first cleaning with them + will be back, but I spent 40 minutes waiting after my appointment start time because the staff did not verify my insurance before I arrived, even though they asked me over text beforehand so they could verify. Also, they’re still having issues and asking me to repeat the same answers I already gave them once before. Seems like a lack of communication that needs to be improved. Nevertheless, I didn’t have any other issues.
