Best experience I could have ever hoped for! The office is clean, organized and everyone is professional and friendly. I was nervous for my procedure, but Dr. Nguyen and his wonderful staff/assistants made me feel relaxed. Dr. Nguyen explained everything to me and answered all my questions thoroughly before my procedure. My healing process is going great and that’s 100% because Dr. Nguyen is so skilled at what he does.

I'm about half way through my treatment plan requiring multiple visits for consultations, phone calls and interactions with close to a dozen individuals in this practice. It is very rare to have 100% positive encounters with so many different individuals in the same organization, this is my experience with this practice over the last 6 months. The care, concern, skill, professionalism and friendliness is beyond reproach. This is a practice where the employees clearly love what they do and their work environment and speaks volumes to their top notch and highly skilled management. A huge thank you to everyone, especially their awesome front office.

I highly recommend Surprise Oral & Implant Surgery. From my initial phone call to schedule a consultation to my in office appointment; the staff were accommodating, personable and knowledgeable. The office environment is very friendly. I immediately felt at ease with Dr. Nguyen. He reviewed the xrays taken in the office with me, and thoroughly explained the treatment plan. My appointment also included an itemized treatment plan estimate. I look forward to Dr.Nguyen completing my implant.
