The entire staff was extremely friendly, reassuring, and made me feel well-informed about both treatment and insurance/payment. Dr. Ebadi asked me what my priorities were before giving his own thoughts. I felt like my best interest and my own wants and needs were the priority and I deeply appreciate that. I feel I can trust Dr. Ebadi and this team.

Welcoming and friendly atmosphere. They'll make you a priority. I was able to get the exact procedure I needed in short notice and with exceptional quality. Would highly recommend!

This place is all for money, they overcharge for services. I was seen because I had a temporary bridge done by another dental office, I wasn’t aware it was only temporary, but I went to Surprise dental care because the bridge came out. They informed me that I also needed a root canal and refused to do any temporary work until I could pay for the permanent bridge and root canal which was about $2000 out of pocket. In the meantime my insurance at my job changed. The receptionist would call me constantly to see if I was able to get the work done. When I received my new insurance card I called to get the new pricing...$3000 out of pocket with my new insurance. Stressed and at this point because my bridge has now completely broken, I went to a new dentist today and the charge for all of the same work is $1339 out of pocket. The dental assistant also stated that I have great dental insurance as they cover most of my work. They also stated had I came in to them initially they would have temporarily fixed my bridge which Surprise Dental refused to do. They are now working to fix my broken bridge temporarily until they can get me in for my permanent bridge in 2 weeks. So basically rather than help me Surprise Dental made my situation worse as they refused to assist temporarily from the beginning and they overcharge.

The best dentist in Surprise! Dr. Wang goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are taken care of, and happy. We had a great experience here.

This place is amazing! Great front and back office staff, my hygienist was so knowledgeable and amazing. Office is very well maintained and clean!!
