After having a 'terrifying experience' at my last dental office (Gentle Dental), I knew I needed to find a new dental team. I researched dentists in the area that consistently had outstanding ratings, a practice that isn’t afraid of new technology, and one that had a professional touch. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the location is convenient. This office is clean, the staff are friendly, and the wait time was short (2 minutes). Courtney (hygienist) was extremely efficient and had a very tender touch. Dr. Jackson didn’t hesitate to spend time getting to know me and answered all of my questions regarding a treatment plan. Delighted I chose this team!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine kindness and a welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. Esme & Dr Jackson were attentive, professional, and truly committed to making my visit as comfortable as possible. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I was sent there from the VA and was I happy. Everyone is so nice and so knowledgeable, they don’t give you the bums rush. They take time and explain everything so you understand. I have never been to a dentist office as nice as this place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Excellent office my husband is using. He is a Veteran and this dental office works with his benefits to allow him to treat locally. They are very friendly, easy to deal with (love the option to text and they promptly respond), and great availability for his schedule.

In one word, phenomenal! The entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. After one appointment, I trust them fully with my dental care. As for the facility; very clean, comfortable, and in a great location.

I went there yesterday for a cleaning, and have to say that it was a great visit. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist were very friendly and made me feel welcomed. The tech that cleaned my teeth was super nice and took the time to explain things regarding my teeth that I hadn’t know prior. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to switch or new to the area that needs a new dentist.

Surprise Smiles has been keeping mine and my family’s teeth nice and clean for the last few years. They are professional and friendly. The dentist will give you his honest professional opinion and doesn’t use scare tactics to get a procedure done.
