Dr. Melashenko has been our family dentist since 2013. He is a true professional who goes out of his way to provide the best possible treatment and care for his patients. His entire office staff are dedicated to ensuring that our needs are taken care of, they always greet us by name and are sincerely happy at their jobs. A great work environment and it shows. My husband and I are both veterans of over 30 years of military service and we are so grateful that we are able to see such a skilled dentist thru our VA Community Care Program. Honestly one of the best dental experiences I've ever had, the only semi enjoyable one ever. I HATE the dentist have a lot of anxiety when I go, I always put it off and the entire staff was nothing but welcoming and comforting the entire time. The office is clean and nice and Dr J was amazing. My treatment plan was prioritized for my budget and willingness as well as discussed throughly. Dr J was honest and kind nothing but great things to say about this place 10/10 recommend. They also have wine you can drink in the waiting room 🙌 Perfect way to calm my nerves, maybe ill make an afternoon appointment next time so I can partake 🤣

I honestly hate going to the dentist, but this office completely changed that for me. From the moment I walked in, everyone was happy, laughing, and genuinely welcoming. The whole vibe felt relaxed and positive. I had some dental issues I’ve neglected for a while and was honestly embarrassed about, but they made me feel completely comfortable and never judged. They treated me with kindness and professionalism the entire time. I’m really grateful I found this place

I’ve been going to Surprise Dental & Denture for about 5 years and I have always had a great experience. Megan does an amazing job with my bi-annual cleanings- she walks me through everything step by step, which really puts me at ease. Dr J and Dr Stephanie are both very friendly and make you feel comfortable right away. They have never pushed unnecessary procedures, which I really appreciate and I think it adds to their credibility. The whole team is professional, organized, nice, and trustworthy. It is hard to find a great dentist but I genuinely trust SDD and highly recommend their office! You will be in great hands and love them!

Very warm and inviting. They know you by name and yes they can see it on the appointment schedule but they also remember your family/issues enquire about them. VERY HAPPY TO BE GOING TO SURPRISE DENTAL AND DENTURE. Dr J is great and all the girls. I won’t name them in case I forget someone. But will continue to go here and recommend my family and friends.

It was a 5 star visit, I wouldn’t change a thing. Nice comfortable reception area, friendly and efficient staff. Everyone does their job well and timely! Communication is excellent The hygienist was pleasant , painless, and did a very complete job. The dentist is wonderful and does an excellent examination.

This was our first visit to Surprise Dental & Denture and we had an amazing experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the doctors are very professional. They made my daughter feel comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommend them!
