Gentle Dental Surprise

I have taken my mom for about 5 visits since October now and the staff is always super friendly, efficient and great at what you do. Every client that walks in the door is known and greeted by name. Dr. Ashraf and his assistant Thanh did a fantastic job with my mom's oral surgery. We drive all the way from Avondale to this office, because it's the best.

I had an emergency, with a cracked tooth and they were the absolute best to deal with. They got me in the same day, with a treatment plan and no hassle. I did have a long wait time but that was expected for last minute, they made sure to reassure I would be helped asap. The Drs and the staff were incredible and very friendly. This will be my permanent dental office for any needs.

Being that I am always soo anxious going to the dentist, it’s awesome to have found a caring team at Gentle Dental Surprise. They are always welcoming and take time to assist you even if you need to reschedule they are understanding. My dentist is 💯 wonderful he helps to make the process of getting dental work easier and it is obvious he cares about his patients! Delilah the dental hygienist is also AMAZING she takes her time and makes your teeth look and feel great!

My Hygienist was amazing.The Dentist(Dr.S) I’m still trying to figure him out. He mentioned money a lot. Bedside manner was unprofessional and made me feel incompetent. After reading reviews this practice needs to read the room since he has had numerous complaints. Not going back getting referrals for a new Dentist.

I don't typically write reviews but HORRIBLE experiences here. The two times that I met with Dr. S were terrible encounters. He is rude, unprofessional, and he literally asked me what I was spending my money on that I couldn't afford to get braces, even though I've had them in the past. Today I went in for my appointment. Yes, I did get 2 calls right in the middle of my work shift to confirm. I did get text messages to confirm, but the last text message said see you for your appointment tomorrow. I work in healthcare and I do schedule patients, so I understand the frustrations when someone does not confirm. I still would never give their appointment away. I drove 40 min to get to my appointment, just to find out it was given away. Needless to say, I will never go back to this location.

Melisa was great at cleaning my teath. She was very gentle. I did not have any discomfort. The ladied at the from desk greeted me by name and shared with me my dental benifets

I was well informed about the details of the surgery I needed. The surgery itself went well as did my recovery and follow up visit. At all 3 of my appointments I was warmly greeted by the staff and treated with respect and kindness.
