Hello Smile Dental - Kevin Ju, DDS, FICOI (Simi Valley)

I went to Dr Ju for a teeth cleaning and he did the best job ever! He filled in my teeth that had receded gums. Did an excellent job and matched the color perfectly. Did the best cleaning I’ve ever had. They just feel smooth, shining and perfect. The office is beautiful and especially pristine clean. The staff is wonderful, Super super nice On Erringer next to Smart and final and Teresa’s‘s pet place.

Roughly 2 months ago I contacted Hello Smile after putting off going to the dentist due to horrible anxiety from a big chain in town where the dentist there treated me horribly (and pretty sure pulled my tooth for no reason)! My first encounter was with Jackie on the phone and my anxiety was instantly eased after speaking with her as she listened to me and let me explain how i had been treated prior. They got me in quickly due to severe pain I had been enduring for a while. I needed A LOT of work on my teeth that I had been avoiding due to not wanting to go back to a place like the one I was going to before. Dr. Ju and his team have been amazing, and after about 2 months worth of appointments my teeth and smile are perfect! They are sooo nice and listen to you and specialize in treating patients who have anxiety. I always get a blanket and dark glasses for some extra comfort (just ask! they’ll happily give them to you) during my visits. He explains everything in detail and answers questions and shows you your X-rays in big photos on the wall and thoroughly explains what is going on or what needs to be done. I’m so happy with my decision to choose Dr. Ju as my new Dentist, I’ll be going to him for the rest of my life lol. I have raved about this place since my first appointment to everyone i know because I’ve never been treated so well. Although I had a lot of work needed to be done, I actually looked forward to going into their office to get my work done which is something I thought I would never say or think in my entire life about a dental place. The receptionist, his assistant, and him are all amazing at what they do and always make sure you’re comfortable and are more than happy to deliver the extra patience and listen to you. More dental places need to be like this team. If i could give this place 100 stars I would! Thank you all so much for making me feel like my concerns matter instead of making me feel like I’m just another money grab like other places. I never write reviews for places for the most part but I have been so satisfied with the work they have done that I want to put my experience out there so other people can see it if they have been needing a dentist but have been anxious or stressed about going 🙂

I left a previous dentist due to many scheduling conflicts and searched for another dentist-which is how I found Hello Smile. I was so very pleased with the receptionist, the dental hygienist, AND the dentist! The facility is beautiful, clean, welcoming, and inviting. The dentist listened to my concerns and was so gentle. I left telling them that they have a new long term client in myself. I can’t believe the amazing service I received. I’ve already made my 2nd appointment

Receptionist was nice and our questions were addressed about coverage for PPO insurance prior to services being rendered. Office was clean and new equipment rendered taken information quickly. Dr.Ju explained needed services and performed them quickly and professionally.

Kevin and his team were stellar! I had a tooth I needed pulled that was causing severe pain for a few days so I contacted hello smile ten minutes before closing and they got me in first thing the next morning. Very informative about the entire process and pricing is fair and reasonable for the quality of services provided. I will definitely be returning for any future dental needs.

Finding a great dentist can be a real challenge, which is why I feel so lucky to have found Hello Smile Dental. Every single visit has been a good experience. Scheduling an appointment is always easy, and I appreciate that there's very little wait time when I arrive. The front desk staff are consistently pleasant and helpful. They're also good at answering any questions, which helps me feel well-informed. Dr. Ju is both efficient and thorough, and I feel completely comfortable asking questions about my treatment. The office itself is clean and has a calm atmosphere. Overall, I feel well taken care of every time I visit.
