Simi Royal Dental Center

We really like Dr. Hoehn. He is literally "one in a hundred", as I "over explain" at the end of my review. Dana is the ONLY dental hygienist who has cleaned my teeth WITHOUT hurting me. I hadn't realized that it was even possible. When she was finished I went on and on to Dr. Hoehn about how good she is. It's as if all of the other dental hygienists I have had were still figuring out how to do it. My wife doesn't want to go into the details of her unsatisfactory experiences with the dentists near us, so I'll just say that Google maps identifies 25 dental practices within 5 miles of us, but after trying some and checking others online, she prefers have me take her 17 miles to Dr. Hoehn. We started seeing him 35 years ago when he was only 5 miles away, in North Hollywood. Then he moved 90 miles to Santa Barbara and we started looking for a new dentist. We figured that there MUST be another good one within 5 miles. We were still trying to find "a good one" about a year ago, when she noticed that a "Dr. Hoehn" was practicing "only" 17 miles away in Simi Valley. She remembered him as the best dentist she had ever had, so she called. It turned out that he had moved back closer to The Valley. Now we choose to see him over a hundred or more dentists that are closer. I counted the 25 dentists within 5 miles, and extrapolated that there must be AT LEAST100 [probably closer to 200] dentists closer than 17 miles from us, which makes him "1 in a 100". If you let a thousand dentist poke around in your mouth and find a better one, let me know.

Outstanding, professional dental office you can trust! Dana is a very thorough hygienist and Dr. Hoehn is caring, patient, explains well dental care that may be needed. Highly recommend!!

I have been going here since I had my first tooth. The staff is friendly and personable and Dr. Hoehn is so so nice and honest. I will continue coming here as long as they are there! They worked with me when I had insurance problems and remember me when I have skipped a visit or two. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Dr. Hoehn for a little over a year now and this office is great! They are kind, and courteous, and always get you into a seat as soon as you arrive. They are aware that you don't want to spend all your money on dentistry and will make sure you get the most from your insurance. They are all pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. I came recommended by a coworker and I would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

I've been going here for a while and it's been the best dentist experience. I had been bouncing between dentist for the first few years of my life and this has honestly been the best. The ladies here are so kind and great, they will listen to you complain about anything. And the dentist himself is super nice and friendly. Honestly just a great place to be.

The office staff is wonderful! They greet you with a smile and make you feel right at home! Dr. Hoehn is dedicated to his patients and Dana makes sure my teeth are sparkling clean! I always leave knowing that I was in good hands!
