One word, impeccable. The service, the staff, the building… all of it! I am thrilled to be a patient of Dr Dean’s. She is so knowledgeable, professional, kind, deeply caring and reasonable. Each appointment comes complete with a warm neck pillow & weighted blanket if desired. If you want to have an elevated experience with your dental care, this is the place! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I also bring my 7 year old son here, and he LOVES coming to the dentist!

Dr. Natalya Jones is absolutely incredible. From the moment you walk in, you feel genuinely cared for and at ease. She is extremely knowledgeable, gentle, and takes the time to thoroughly explain everything so you never feel rushed or unsure. Her attention to detail and commitment to patient comfort truly set her apart. The office is welcoming, professional, and well run, and the entire staff is friendly and kind. Dr. Jones clearly takes pride in her work, and it shows in both the experience and the results. I can honestly say this is the best dental care I’ve ever received. Best dental experience I've ever had. The entire staff is outstanding! You are treated so well from the moment you arrive! I just had to have a crown placed as well as two large fillings. I am telling you that in my 50 plus years of seeing dentist, this was the most painless, pleasant experience I've ever had with extensive dental work! Best and most beautiful dental office in Reno. I recently had a filling replaced and it was quick and painless. Dr. Dean and Dr. Jones, along with their staff, always make me feel so well taken care of. The warm neck pillow with the sweet citrus scent is my favorite!

The staff here are incredible. I came to them with really awful teeth and Dr. Jones was very understanding and not judgmental, and has been doing a great job fixing them. All the staff take your comfort very seriously as well. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who's nervous about seeing a dentist.

After some bad experiences at my prior dentist I unfortunately went a little longer than usual without seeing a dentist. So naturally I was a bit anxious. I rarely ever post reviews but I felt so inclined to share my experience. The facility itself is very nice, clean & welcoming just like the people working there. Veronica took exceptional care of me & I cannot stress enough the incredible job she did working on my teeth & educating me on how to take better care of them as well going forward. Dr. Jones was also great & every one made me feel right at home. Stoked I finally found a dentist office that makes going to the dentist much more enjoyable!

I love west side dental! I, like most, usually don't enjoy going to the dentist. Well today that changed. The staff here at wsd are amazing. They are friendly, supportive, and make you feel so at ease. They are quick and good at what they do. Thank you west side dental for making me like the dentist again!
