I can't say enough about this wonderful office! From the moment my appointment was made I have felt the compassion, support, and their commitment to patient care every step of the way. This has meant the world to someone who has not had good experiences in the past. The entire staff from Cheryl, Emily, and everyone else I had the pleasure of meeting at my consult were absolutely incredible, kind, and knowledgeable. From the bottom of my heart I thank them for this uplifting experience!

Dr Stott was amazing. He took plenty of time to explain everything and make sure any questions I had were answered. Dental appointments are never fun, but he did everything to make it as nice as possible!

My mom went in for a consult and she came back and told me about how just absolutely lovely everyone was and how others should know! The front desk gal was extremely welcoming, helped her with new patient work then It was to another assistant for x-rays, whose name was Haley! After that, she got to meet Cheryl which walked her through treatment and other options for her that may be needed. From a young age, I’ve had serious dental phobia. As a result, my teeth have always been less than desirable. Over the last year, though, my teeth became downright embarrassing, especially being a consultant. I knew I needed to do something. I’ve been researching All-on-X for some time now. Originally, I was set on going to one of the big All-on-X mills in the south of the state. Their pricing seemed like it was in another league. It had me thinking that it may be too good to be true. I decided to get a consultation with Smile Now Reno, and I am so glad I did! From the first moment I stepped into the practice, I felt valued. Cheryl treated me with kindness and she respected the knowledge I had from the research I had done. She didn’t shy away from the tough questions. She told me the all-in price and let me know what that covered (which, to her word, was literally everything except an optional long-lasting post-op injection to keep you numb and a reinforced titanium bar prosthesis). Note: if you are going to get All-on-X, don’t go with anything other than monolithic zirconia. You are basically wasting your money if you go with nano-ceramic or acrylic. I had my dual-arch procedure on Monday, December 22nd, 2025. Was I scared? Uhhhh, yes. But the Valium that I was prescribed the night before helped me stay calm the night before and morning of. One thing to note is, right now, they do not do IV sedation. They do provide pretty strong oral sedation which will most likely have you 3 sheets to the wind, and you probably won’t remember any or most of the procedure. To make a long story short, was the procedure worth it? I’m 2 days post surgery and I can safely say, so far, YES! The confidence I have, even with my temporary prosthesis, is night and day! Yes, I have to be on a liquid diet for a week and a soft food diet for several months, but the ability to look people in the eye and smile is truly priceless. Dr. Stott and his staff were nothing short of exceptional to work with, and they’ve given me my life back. I will update this review when I get my permanent set in a few months. For now, I strongly recommend you go see Cheryl for a consultation. It might just change your life for the better!

I wish I would’ve done this years ago. The staff is wonderful and very friendly. They’re all very knowledgeable & kind. It’s been the best decision I’ve ever made. This has literally changed my life I can eat, smile, and live my life without having to worry about my teeth ever again. No more pain and discomfort, or worrying about being able to eat or be out in public and feeling uncomfortable. If you’re thinking about having implants, don’t look anywhere else. I just had bottom implants put in this morning, and the process I went through was so easy I couldn't believe it. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental work and Dr. Caleb Stott and his wonderful staff went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. They were kind and supportive in every way possible. I have never made it through any procedure as easy as I did today. They even stayed calm when I was freaking out leading up to today thinking it was going to be awful because I was awake.
