Reno Dentures and Implants

I had a wonderful experience with my recent dental procedure. I was extremely nervous going in, but the entire team (Tracy, Dr. Gores and Tim, there is another young lady but I don’t recall her name) made me feel calm, comfortable, and truly cared for from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, checked on me often, and made sure I felt safe throughout the process. I’m so grateful for their kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone who may be feeling anxious about dental work—this team will take great care of you.

After researching various dental implant options in the Reno area, I confidently chose Reno Dentures and Implants—and it was the best decision I could have made. The entire team is respectful, courteous, and genuinely caring, making me feel completely at ease throughout the process. The most competent dentist!!! My procedure was not simple tooth extraction. Dr. Gores is the most competent and respectful of patients time. I highly recommend him for any dental procedure. And not to forget his prices are best in Reno, without. Compromising quality!

I went in for the free consultation and xray. These guys spent more time with me and shared more insightful information than any dentist paid to see. I would highly recommend them!

So I have an elongated story due to a relatively rare case in dental loveliness. First off... most of us coming into this think in our minds one of two things... this will be quick and easy and relatively painless with a simple pull em and replace em. From what I understand... this is the case 99% of the time. But me being me... I am that 1%. Let's expound... first off... Dr. Grady and the majority of his staff are beyond amazing. The only issue with staffing was Cheryl (if I remember correctly as we both,my wife and I, try to forget her idiocy in the presence of Dr. GRADY)... I have Mr. Breaking Bad... on3 of the most amazing guys I have seen who basically does everything along with the one woman who was assigned to me. She knew me and did all she could help.. tummy grumble humbles all there. (Mr.Grady please feed this woman! Lol... just kidding... we are all human) Regardless, I had a special case that took over a year... almost 2 to correct with so many sets of broken temps that these folks feel like family already. BUT I WILL SAY THIS... Dr. Grady and his staff did EVERYTHING to make sure I was 1000% before our wedding and ensured many amazing smiles were made and executed at our wedding. Dr. Grady went above and beyond to ensure my almost 2 year long case that was extremely complex and complicated, due to my jaw and bite, was solved prior to my big date. Please note that EVERY DENTAL IMPLANT SPECIALIST IN RENO AND ALL DENTISTS SAID THIS COULDNT BE DONE. Probably because no one would put in the time Dr. GRADY did to get things right. Dr. Grady put in the time and effort and made my case a success. IF YOU CHOOSE ANY IMPLANT SPECIALIST... CHOOSE GRADY. RDI IS AMAZING AND NOW THAT MISS CHERYL IS GONE... THEY SHOULD BE PERFECT. I LEARNED CHERYL LEFT ON MY FINAL VISIT AND THIS WAS OUR ONLY SOUR TASTE LEFT. BUT WITH HER GONE I CAN GIVE A TRUE 5 STAR 10 STAR OR EVEN 20 STAR REVIEW WITH HER GONE. Our main issues were with the "office manager" Cheryl from the start but we were paying 40k for dental work... not to complain about the "secretary" but this was the eyesore of the place from the get go. She made us uncomfortable from the start but we were desperate at the time. At any rate... I apologize for offending anyone working there but I trulyappreciate everything done by RDI. GRADY and his team were always amazing... and they made good on their promise. I have pics if they allow me to post. I was very hesitant about getting dental implants. For over 30 years, my dental experiences were anything but pleasant. I started losing my teeth at 16 after having children, and due to genetics. Since then, I’ve undergone root canals, partial dentures, flippers, and an upper removable denture, never feeling satisfied with the results. I had lost hope that my smile could ever be restored. For two years, I prayed for God to guide me to the right dentist—and He led me to Reno Dentures and Implants. From my very first appointment, the process was stellar. I financed the $41,000 treatment plan, and I can honestly say it is worth every single penny I will pay over the next few years. Dr. Grady Gores is, without question, a master of dentistry, far beyond his years. His bedside manner is unlike anything I have ever experienced. He takes his career seriously and genuinely cares about his patients. When I was struggling to get out of the chair, he reached out his arm to help me. When I showed him pictures of the teeth I wanted, he went above and beyond, even asking me to send him the photos so he could match them exactly. During my procedure, I felt no pain; he made sure I was completely comfortable. Afterward, he even pointed out minor imperfections he noticed himself, before I had to say a word. Currently, I am wearing my Healing Bridges, but Dr. Gores already knows precisely what needs to be perfected in the final stage. I am forever grateful. I am amazed at how intuitive this dentist is; he seems to know exactly what you’re feeling and brings it to your attention with compassion and professionalism. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared. Dr. Gores is hands down the best dentist in Reno!
