My dental cleaning was a beautiful Zen experience - peaceful , gentle and absolutely thorough. My hygienist moved her way through my mouth like she was playing an instrument. I found the experience thoroughly enjoyable as time seemed to vanish in the moment-and I look forward to returning.

Stephanie, my hygienist during this visit, was full of positive, bright energy while being careful and thorough. The dentist is not very sanitary. She’s also quick to dismiss you when you have questions and rushes through procedures. No bedside manner whatsoever. She also has her front desk charge out codes that are unnecessary and take from your insurance maximum. She’s there to collect and get you out quick.

I have been a long time patient and have noticed that the level of care isn't the same. You are constantly waiting in the chair for 30 minutes or more for the dentist. Hygiene runs smoothly but you will always be waiting if you need an exam or any work done. It also seems that multiple long time staff have left the practice within a short period of time which is concerning. The practice is chaotic and the care has gone downhill. I Will be looking for another dentist which is a bummer because I always loved coming and chatting with the front desk but they are among some of the staff that has left.

Today I had my six month appointment for cleaning and check/up. My hygienist, Venessa is exceptional with excellent chair side manners. The check up by Dr. Lam-Gershony was smooth and her thorough exam, including mouth cancer check. It was determined by way of Dr. Lam’s exam it was determiner the need for a resin composite on one of my posterior teeth. Good preventive dentistry. It was a positive experience and I also had a soon to graduate hygienist observing which was also positive to learn more about the field of dentistry. The end result of my appointment was a 10 out of 10! Thank the entire staff for a once again positive experience.
