Everybody in the office is extremely friendly and professional. I had some pretty extreme dental work done and Dr. Z was absolutely wonderful. She was very conscientious about everything she did and did incredible work and made me feel very important. I like them so much that I even brought my soon to be hundred-year-old mother in for cleaning and tooth repair. They treated her like a queen and even got her this beautiful Centennial birthday blanket. They’ve got dentistry down to a science here. They know their stuff. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience today right from being personally helped by Dr. Zainvi to reschedule it because I had misunderstood the process, to being welcomed warmly by the entire staff at the center. The entire process was explained to me and Dr. Zainvi, patiently, went out of her way to not only do a thorough cleaning for my very stained teeth but also explain at length how I could take better care of them along with tips on flossing and the use of my new Oral tooth brush. Thank you so much- Dr. Zainvi!

I'm not happy about how the care I've received from your front desk at this location. I’ve been to other Gentle dentals with better care from their front desk staff. I came in early to my first appointment, for there to be an issue pulling my insurance and making me wait 30 minutes after my appointment started, not including the 15 minutes I showed up early before being seen, when I'm unsure as to why my insurance wasn't pulled before hand as you had the information needed. Now, I've scheduled my wisdom tooth extraction consultation that I desperately need, at the time I needed on said day, because that's the time I had before work, since your Surgeon is only in once a month. To not be called, or consulted first about needing to move my appointment to another time slot is unprofessional. Moving people before talking to your patients, is unprofessional. I would know, I’ve done this job.

GDR is the best dentist and staff in town. Everyone is friendly and nice. And I fell asleep during a filling because they are so good, I did not feel a thing. Thank you team. You are all Awsome!!!

Unfortunate my experience here was not good. I came for a wisdom teeth consultation and the nurse couldn’t get the photo machine to work and asked me to move rooms twice. After losing my faith that the staff knew what they were doing I abruptly ended my appointment and left early not getting what I needed done. The space had an odd smell and none of their employees made me feel at ease. I decided to not move forward with having my operation done here due to these circumstances.

I had gum issue and it was bleeding for many months before I went to this dental office. Dr. Nguyen did deep cleaning for me. Everything went smoothly. I don’t recall it was too hurt at all. My gum stopped bleeding after the deep cleaning. Dr. Nguyen also referred me to see a periodontist since the X-ray showed bone loss and it could impact my gum’s healthiness. She walked me through how to brush my teeth and focus on the hidden areas. I appreciate her recommendation and diagnosis. I just set up an appointment with the periodontist following her referral.

As you can see there are a lot reviews regarding the billing issue on this dental service provider, keep them in mind or you will learn your lesson. NEVER believe any promise or price estimation provided by them. On 2025/10/1, I arrived for an appointment at Gentle Dental Redmond. I proactively informed the front desk staff that I believed I had reached my yearly insurance coverage limit and that I wished to reschedule my appointment to avoid the full cost. The front desk representative offered to contact my insurance provider, Aetna, to see if an exception could be made, citing my ongoing periodontic treatment. After a short wait, the representative returned and explicitly confirmed that they had spoken with Aetna and that my visit would be covered. Based on this direct confirmation, I was given a new price estimate, which appeared to be manually entered and differed from my previous visit costs. Trusting the staff's verification, I signed the document and proceeded with the treatment. I later received a bill for the full price of the procedure. Upon contacting Aetna, I was informed that they have no record of any call from Gentle Dental Redmond on that date regarding my coverage. The dental office now claims I am responsible for the full charge because I signed an estimate, which they state is not always accurate. This explanation is unacceptable. My decision to proceed with the service was not based on an "estimate," but on a direct and false confirmation of coverage provided by their staff. I was misled. I had a clear opportunity to reschedule and would have done so had your staff not provided false information. I was deceived into accepting a service I was fully prepared to postpone. I'm now considering moving to a different dentistry due to the horrible billing practice here.
