I had great experience at Bel-Red Dental. The dentist and dental assistants were very patient, professional, and skilled, which made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The front desk staff were also warm, friendly, and helpful. Overall, the service was excellent and I would highly recommend this clinic.

Dr Kuo and his team are excellent care givers. Very professional bed side manner, hygienists very proficient at their work, and everyone is always smiling n welcoming genuinely. I Highly recommend Dr Kuo if you are looking for a dentist who takes pride in his work, and CARES. Keep up the good work Dr Kuo and your team.

I had been with my previous dentist since I started regular dental visit. I had to find a new dentist because of relocation. It was my first visit to Dr. Kuo’s office and it was a pleasant experience. Dr. Kuo and his staff were all very nice and sounded experienced on both dentistry and dental insurance plan. They asked detailed questions and tried to find out the best plan for my teeth’s long term health. If you are looking for a new dentist, I would recommend you check it out.

I had an appointment that I was trying to reschedule and Lisa told me that I couldn’t do that and if I did I’d have to pay. I explained that I am a full time student and that I can’t pay for a visit that I cannot go to and explained that I had clinicals that I was informed of last minute and that had been trying to get in touch with the office for the past 3 days and that I needed to reschedule or come in after 4 and I was met with combativeness. This was just for a simple teeth cleaning and I find it hard to believe that my appointment could not be moved to a different day. Dr Kuo is amazing but his staff is not. I have had bad experiences with one of their dental hygienist who did a half way job on my cleaning and left lots of residue in my mouth and they seem to be more money driven then actually caring for there clients. I also moved from Bellevue further down south and have stayed loyal to Dr. Kuo by driving all the way out of my way to see him cause it’s hard to find good dentists but due to his staff and the horrible customer service I received today and money hungry ways of his office I will be finding a new dentist. The office has done nothing to right their wrong. I DO NOT recommend coming to this dentist office at all.

Today I had the most thorough tooth cleaning ever, without pain! It is good to be so confident about their care. Update; my temp crown popped of today, a holiday for many, yet they were open and promptly made a new one. They ALWAYS take great care of me! Love all of the staff. 1/15/2024 Dr. Kuo squeezed me in with my husband's appointment and saved a front tooth! We have been going to Dr. Kuo for over 25 years, they never let us down. Today I had a root canal done by Dr. KUO and I SO appreciate his fast and competent work. He always manages to give the right amount of novicane so there's no pain. Janet assists expertly and tends to the patients needs. Thank you all for making a tough procedure go smoothly.

Dr. Kuo is very skilled. He gives a gentle shot and his overall work is excellent! Melissa, his new assistant excellent as well! Lisa the receptionist very good at working with the insurance to maximize coverage
