Be careful with this dentist. My goal was simple: a routine teeth cleaning. Here is my experience: First Visit: I was told they needed to do a full exam and X-rays before a cleaning. After the X-rays, I was presented with a shocking $15,000 treatment plan, citing "serious" issues from my night guard. I declined and had to insist on just the cleaning. Second Visit (4 months later): They called me for an appointment I didn't have, confirming it was for a cleaning. When I arrived, they insisted on new X-rays "to see if a cleaning was safe." New doctor came in, did a brief exam with the lights on, and explicitly said, "Your gum is very good and your teeth are very good, we can clean them." then said get an appointment for cleaning. He came back after few minutes then led The light on, and pointed to a line on my tooth, claiming it was decay and needed a cap costing over $1,000. When I told him all my teeth have the same natural line, he had no response. Shortly after, an assistant handed me a detailed estimate. This practice seems focused on selling expensive, unnecessary procedures. The diagnosis changed from "very good" to "needs an immediate cap" in under five minutes. It's clear the staff is under pressure to generate revenue. Do not trust their assessments and go elsewhere for honest care.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ryan at RC Dental Care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind and attentive. Dr. Ryan is very knowledgeable, explains treatment options clearly, and ensures you feel completely comfortable before moving forward. His attention to detail and gentle approach really make a difference. I feel confident knowing I’m in great hands here.

Ellen tried to overcharge me after a consultation that was supposed to be free. When I asked her to remove the incorrect charges, she couldn’t explain the original excessive quote. She also didn’t initially show me the full quote, which felt suspicious. The equipment seemed outdated, and I waited 35 minutes after my exam for Ellen, followed by another 10 minutes while she checked my insurance. She then created a false estimate that took extra time to correct. Although she promised to bring a manager, she only returned with a corrected quote. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and untrustworthy. I would not recommend this place.

My appointment went very smoothly. The staff was professional, friendly, and made the process quick and comfortable. I really appreciate the level of care and attention to detail.

Save yourself the trouble and stay far from this office. We did an ortho consult with a wonderful orthodontist here in October 2024, and paid for our treatment in December 2024. Unfortunately, without telling us, the office changed orthodontists and it has been a nightmare to work with them and Dr. Faraz Edalat. He is only in the office 1x a month, the last Tuesday of the month and you are not able to go to any of his other offices, even though we said we were willing to. He put 4 braces on the top and 3 braces on the bottom of my daughter's mouth and within a few weeks two lower brackets fell off. He couldn't see my daughter to help and we had to have her dentist at another office assist with removing the wire and other 2 brackets. She got those braces on in February and he has not been available to see my daughter since to help with anything. We have been without orthodontics treatment for over 3 months. The office does not answer their phone or return messages. The only time we've ever been able to speak with them is by stopping in the office and they have lost her records. It's been a nightmare. We have now got the insurance involved in this process and it has been a nightmare. They don't even have the orthodontists information posted or listed. It took us 3 weeks to even get the new orthodontists name, since they didn't want to provide it to us. I would not recommend this dental office or Dr. Faraz Edalat. Save your money and time, and go to different location.

Excellent experience at RC Dental. I had a dental emergency and needed a new dentist because of new insurance. Staff was friendly, very accommodating and financing was easy and reasonable. Follow-ups are efficient and appt scheduling has been no problem. Highly recommended!
