I had an excellent experience at this dental office. The dentist was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain my treatment options. The staff was welcoming and made me feel at ease from check-in to check-out. I really appreciated how efficient and caring everyone was. Highly recommend!

If I can give this place zero stars I would. This place is so shady. I specifically called this place to ask if they can make a mouthguard for my son. I was very clear that he already had his annual check up and that his regular dentist is recommending that I find a dentist that makes the mouth guard since their facility did not. The receptionist took my information & told me it would be covered under my plan. She even called me the next day to confirm my son's appt after checking benefits and confirmed his scheduled appt. We get to the office and they were a little late coming back from lunch but they had paperwork at the front with my son's name to fill out. I was surprised that the treatment called for a new check up, cleaning and xrays... so when they came back from lunch I reminded her that my son already had his check up and we're just there for a mouth guard fitting. She says ok and the paperwork was just standard... so I continue to fill in his medical history. They take him to the back and I see they're getting ready for xrays... so again, I tell them he has already had his xrays and check up and he is just there for a mouth guard fitting. They send me to the front to speak with the receptionist where AGAIN remind her that he's already had all that work done and I can't imagine the insurance paying the same work twice so I did not want my son to get xrays again knowing insurance won't cover it... HE IS JUST THERE FOR A MOUTH GUARD FITTING. Her response... "well I saw that the other office had not submitted their paperwork yet so I thought we would do it again" ... WHAT?!?!? So this office was going to try to beat the original dentist to try to get their bill paid first!!! Knowing that I've repeatedly saiid that my son's already had this annual check up!!! When I called them out as to why they would do that, knowing that another office has already completed the work, she assures me that since their volunteering to do this knowing the insurance won't pay it, she then responds that I will not be charged even if they do the xray. It's just to create a new patient file, and they would write it off... reluctantly I said ok and repeated it to her for confirmation that we will not be charged since the appt was just for a mouth guard... and she confirmed. Then the dentist looks at my son's teeth and says that she agrees that he would benefit having a night guard then sends me back to the front desk "to discuss fees"... confused, I asked the receptionist what fees if she's confirmed that the night guard is covered??? She then proceeds to tell me that she was mistaken and that there would be a $650 charge since the insurance does not cover the night guard... I asked her why she did not disclose that when she confirmed our appointment or when we checked in for the appt knowing that it was the total opposite of what she told me the last 2 conversations over the phone??? I told her, had she just said that from the beginning I would have cancelled the appt since I was very upfront about the night guard being the only reason why I made the appt for my son!! Her excuse... she's not the dentist to make that decision. Really??? I expressed how the whole appointment was a total deception and now they'll be charging charge for a consultation that never should have happened had she just told the truth. I told her to cancel everything. She told me that the office will eat up the cost and I will not be charged. As I was waiting for my son, I hear the another employee telling my son "don't you want us to be your dentist instead?" My son then responded, "no I like my dentist" COME ON!! WHY WOULD A GROWN ADULT TRY TO CONVINCE A CHILD TO TRANSFER??? especially after hearing how annoyed I was with their office!!! A week later I get a letter from the insurance that they submitted a claim for comprehensive treatment and xrays! Never trust this office!! Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!

I typically love this dentist and the service I receive. The staff are so friendly and helpful and it’s a very pleasant experience. This past visit wasn’t the case, I was misinformed about an optional treatment. So I payed for what I was told was apart of my cleaning and wasn’t informed about what the treatment was or that it was optional. It was just slipped into the rest of my paperwork I was signing and presented as apart of that. Very disappointing and being a young girl, I felt taken advantage of.

Dr. G and his dental staff are absolutely wonderful. You can tell they truly care about their clients' oral health and they aren’t trying to just sell you services. From the front desk to the dental hygienists and assistants, everyone works in harmony and the teamwork creates a positive environment that is felt throughout the office. What sets them apart is their ability to remember everyone's name, making each visit feel personal and special. I highly recommend Dr. G. and his team for a positive and comfortable dental experience.

Dr Goymerac and his staff are the best. The thing I love about this DDS is that he won’t tell you you need 3 crowns just to make money when you only need one. He is very professional and honest. Plus good bedside manner.

Dr Goymerac and his team did a great job of replacing my crown. They do great work, are gentle, and always do their best to make their patients comfortable. The office staff is great, too -- friendly and efficient.

Dr.Vince is the best dentist ever. He listens to my issues & concerns, and answers all of my questions, walking me through what he is doing as he does it, pain free. I enjoy my appointments, and look forward to having fun at the dental office. I now drive 70+ miles, one way, for Dr Vince & his staff, since I moved out of the area more than 20 years ago, and will continue to do so. I can't imagine any other dentist working on my teeth. Vincent Goymerac, DDS is THE BEST!
