I have been coming here for years. Every staff member I have ever encountered is always so friendly and kind to me. Making and adjusting appointments is so easy when calling in. Every dental assistant is so helpful and sweet. The doctor makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. He’s always so informative and tells me exactly what I need to keep a healthy dental routine. My sister & I have been coming here for many years. First off, the office is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The girls up front are so friendly and welcoming. We always get called quickly for our cleaning and or x-rays. Dr Cheng is friendly, fast and efficient. The dental assistants are friendly and professional. We always leave with smiles because we know our teeth are cleaned and taken care of. Anyone looking for a Dentist, I fully recommend Dr. Cheng at Smile Haven Dental. My sister & I don't have dental coverage, so we come twice a year for cleaning & x-rays. The cost out of pocket is very reasonable. You have to take care of your teeth, if you don't it will end up costing you much more later on.

I had an unexpected urgent dental need and called late the night of to leave a detailed message. Smile Haven called me back the next day, referenced my concern, and was able to squeeze me in that day! I arrived and they kept me aware of the slight wait time, which I totally understood. It did not take long to be seen, have my need addressed, and all in the same friendly, courteous, careful manner experienced during my regular visits. This is quite possibly the best Dentist I have ever had. He is attentive, kind, patient, and informative. He has taught me so many things to maintain my dental health that I never knew before. I am so appreciative of him and his staff. Everyone here is very sweet and kind and they do everything they can to help you He is an excellent dentist and that he is very good at what he does. When you check in, they don’t waste a whole bunch of time making you sit in the waiting area. You are seeing almost right away. The general vibe of the office is professional. It is very clean and up-to-date. I don’t know if there is anything else good I can say about this place, if you are looking for a really good dentist, looking no further, you have found it.

Dr Cheng is the BEST! I love this office because they are honest! Cleanings are quick and easy and the doctor is funny and personable. He’s my dentist forever!
