Don’t waste your time at this dump. Staff assured me multiple times they take my insurance and that I was covered, go in to get a root canal taken care of, the dentist tried to convince me that since I’m already numb he can go ahead and remove my wisdom teeth right then and there which I obviously refused and good thing to, the next week they sent me a 1000 dollar bill because they don’t accept my insurance.

Doctor Han and the whole staff has been amazing. My family has been going to them ever since we moved here four years ago from Italy , Europe, and I must say they are very professional, but most of all, the work done is exceptional. They've changed my life, the quality of work they did with my veneers is superb and prices are excellent. Thank you Haven Family dentistry!

What a horrible and unprofessional (after experience)! I would like to start by saying how AMAZING the dentist himself is! He did an amazing job on my teeth and appreciate his knowledge and professionalism. As for the staff, I can not say the same. Front desk staff is pretty friendly but once you get into billing it's a HOT mess. Staff is very confrontational and condescending to the max. I would go as far to say belittling. No one should be treated this way if they were handling their job professionally. I would suggest this dentist if much of the staff were fired and educated. Egos seem to play a big part of this and it's very uncomfortable to call the office or go in. If you already have nerves about visiting the dentist stay clear from here and find a place that is more welcoming

I have been coming here for 13 years and we love Dr Han and his team. The team has always been great with my daughter, so much so she looks forward to her dentist appointments. They are honest and only suggest what really needs to be done for healthy teeth.

Dr. Han is amazing in all that he does. I have been a patient of his since I was a young child. He is so patient and pays attention to detail with his procedures. I only have good experiences from this office. I highly recommend.

If I could give no star that would be great! Dr Han is the HORRIBLE dentist I have ever seen in my life!! I had appointment scheduled at 2 and I got there 15 minutes before 2.There was no one in the waiting room when I arrived . After 20 minutes or so one lady showed up and dr Han called her name within 5 minutes.I said ok that's fine may be she is scheduled before me .She was having root canal ! I waited there for an hour and asked the staff when is my turn because my hubby is at the park with my infant baby I need to know how long will it take ?? she says patient is almost done and you will be the next! Okay!! I waited again! There was a another guy waiting in room, So they called his name I said what’s going on in here! I waited for 2 hours and 44 minutes! My patience says that’s enough I had to ask the staff I've been waiting here almost 3 hours now Why you guys not calling my name! I told them I've 7 months old baby and breastfeed her! I need to go back ! All I needed to know is there any infection in my teeth!! I didn’t want to get infection knowing I’m breastfeeding little one ,No luck ! I got super upset 😡 because my baby is crying and needed to be breastfeed ed. I couldn’t wait more 3 hours were enough . I told the staff I need to talk to dentist , please call him right now. he comes out says reschedule her!! I said wait a minute are you KIDDING??? I waited here 3 hours just to tell me reschedule!! I didn't have free time to come there and sit in your waiting room! My little baby was crying with my husband at the park ! My husband had to take day off to take me to the dentist !! I live an hour away from this crazy place!! Anyway he was super RUDE!! And says find another dentist and super MEAN! He didn't even know how to talk to a women!! So unprofessional and Rude. I was shocked to see his behavior!! Bottom line is NEVER EVER go to this place!! Dr. Han is the RUde dentist ever!! I wasted my 3 hours and my hubby wasted whole day from his work to hear RESCHEDULE the appointment!! Karma!! Will get him!! And there is saying " what goes around comes around " good luck !!

I wish I could give this dump no stars. Haven family dentistry is a shady business that’s rips people off.. Dr. Han pushes procedures on you and will give you a surprise bill when they tell you are covered. The staff is incredibly rude especially VANESSA. They are a dental office that takes advantage of their customers during these hard times. Please do not go to this place unless you want to get screwed over.
