Timber Dental

Timber dental is the best dental experiences I've ever had. Dr. Dar is incredibly kind and helpful and my hygienist Jamie as well as Raina were so nice and helpful. I am so thankful we have this office in Portland! Some things I really like about the office are that it's really clean, they offer payment plans, and the services are usually really fast. I have some dental anxiety and they have made me feel really safe and cared for. Couldn't recommend this office more!

When I booked my appointment with Timber Dental it was in person. I was informed of the cost — not an estimate or projection, mind you, but the cost of said appointment. That cost was printed on a sheet of options provided by their receptionist. I promptly confirmed my appointment as it approached, within two months of the booking. Then, less than 24 hours before that appointment, they notified me that the cost would be a hundred dollars more than i was quoted — quite literally, was handed. Not cool. Nor is it remotely good business practice. My review is not even about the money. It is about having a soupçon of integrity, not to mention courtesy. Which, decidedly, Timber Dental has neither. I strongly recommend going anywhere else.

Really happy of having found this dental provider! Kind staff, Doctor took their time answering all of my questions and worked to find the best route for me to achieve my goals. I appreciate everyone’s effort to provide excellent care! I recommend! Easy to schedule, good communication, lots of space to park behind the clinic and they offer complimentary coffee. Thank you!

I was visiting from out of town and broke a crown. They got me in quickly and were able to fix it. The front desk staff Sarah was helpful and reassuring and the hygienist and dentist were friendly and gentle. All in all a great experience considering no one wants to need a dentist in a city that’s unfamiliar, so very grateful! Highly recommend

Completely obnoxious! They cancelled my follow up appointment for next week when I requested I needed an extra day to make the pre-payment, which would have still been fully paid for 5-days before the appointment. And this is for a second half of a treatment plan I have already paid for. Ugh 😑 Additionally, there was a charge for $120 for a cleaning solution that is covered by my insurance. Thankfully I noticed it and got a refund after calling them. I would hope they do a better job at tracking insurance, please look up your insurance for what’s covered. And thirdly, was billed $25 x 2 for a mouthwash that would also have been covered by my insurance thru Walgreens. I just feel they’re looking for every which way to charge more and be annoying rather be supportive for dental care which is stressful for most people. The only saving grace is the dental hygienist was fantastic and did great with both the cleaning and addressing my questions and concerns. Feels like they are owned by a private equity firm that’s only interested in extracting the most profits rather than supporting people with dental health.

I chose Timber Dental when we moved here in August. The dentists and all of the staff are amazing! Initially, just a 6 month check up with Dr. Garcia, then deep cleaning. Today, I broke a crown, and they got me in right away. Dr. Eid and her hygienist, did a great job, fitting me with a temporary crown. And everyone is easy to talk with, they explain everything in detail and they're genuinely nice folks!

I am so scared of the dentist and never feel like I’m getting the experience I should. I am so amazed by my experience at Timber Dental!! The most thorough consultation I’ve ever had and I felt so listened to. Special shout out to Dr. Eid who was so incredible! The hygienist that helped me was Heidi and she was incredible! And the person at the front desk, Rei, was so kind and helpful and explained everything I needed to successfully check out and get my follow up’s scheduled. Seriously can’t recommend this dentist office enough.
