I’ve been bringing my sweet dog Lulu to Grateful Heart for almost a decade. She’s been fortunate to be under the care of Dr. Felton and Dr. Sarah. This is such a special clinic that’s run by a caring team who truly, and empathetically, go to great lengths to ensure your pet has a smooth experience. As my dog has gotten older, she’s become more fearful of going to the vet, so I appreciate their flexibility to meet virtually or provide preliminary advice over the phone or email. What I appreciate the most is that both vets are incredibly patient, and are always happy to discuss any concerns or questions at length if needed. They also do not try to upsell you, and they even have a donation bin of pet supplies which they will offer up if any items needed are available. Highly recommend! They will love your pet as much as you do.
We love Grateful Heart! We’ve been taking both of our bulldogs to Dr. Pavlich and she is incredible. You can really feel how much she cares and she always takes extra time to really explain things to us. It can feel expensive, but I truly feel like the care we receive there is totally worth every penny. I cannot recommend Dr Pavlich enough to other Bulldog parents! They need special care, and she’s the best at providing it.
I have been going to Grateful Heart Vet since 2020. I now have 6 dogs and 2 cats that receive care from them, so it's fair to say I am at Grateful Heart Vet often. Over the years, we have been seen by a few of their amazing veterinarians. I have been very happy with all of the services they provide. The facility itself is always immaculate, quiet and calm (which is great for the pets they see), and its generally been easy to get in. Dr. Felton, Dr. Pavlich and Dr. Kroussaniotakis have seen my crew the most. They are all extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I am always impressed with their bedside manner and compassion. It is clear they all love what they do and the families they work with. Grateful Heart Vet is the first place I recommend all of my dog training clients and I'm so glad to have them to help me with my crew!
We have gotten such good care for our chronically ill dog here. It also is a very calming vet clinic compared to many I’ve been to. I can tell the vets (Dr. Genevive, Dr Sarah, etc) and techs are driven to provide the best possible care. Also, they have multiple options for paying (e.g., Cherry, Care Credit). That has helped us at times when our financial circumstances fluctuated. We moved an hour south and it’s still worth the trip! Thanks Grateful Heart!
Dr Katy Felton and her staff are insurmountable in their knowledge and care for pets at any age and stage. My personal experience is with my dogs, from over 10 years ago until present, she has been so transparent and clear with how to best care for my animals and always provided a safe, fear free environment for myself and my puppies and elder dog. She is extremely educated and well versed and knows how to communicate with animals as well as their humans. Even though we are moving 2-3 hours away, Dr. Felton & her clinic (GHVH) will remain our animals’ primary care provider.
Maggie and I had just a wonderful experience here. We established care and got caught up on everything. Everything was truly done with a grateful heart; from scheduling, to check in, to the visit, to the shots and nail trim. This team was incredible at taking care of little legs and even gave her a goodie bag at the finish of the appointment. Thank you Grateful Heart, we’re overjoyed to be a part of your love and magic.✨💗🐕
We have been going to Grateful Heart for about 4 years now, and will (hopefully) never have to change vets. We’ve even moved across town, yet continue making the commute to Grateful Heart because of the exceptional care we receive for our animals. When our dog Arly was sick and dying of oral cancer, they delivered the news in the most compassionate way they could, and delivered palliative, end-of-life care to make her transition out of this world as smooth as possible. When she passed, they sent us a personalized note from staff acknowledging her passing. Now we bring our newer pup Java, and they continue to provide excellent care through all of her needs. Java is a German Shepherd, so she sometimes has difficulty with bloodwork, etc.— and they are so mindful to not traumatize her or give her a bad experience that turns her into a reactive pup. They are gentle and kind with her, despite her flight response. From the techs, to the doctors, to the front desk staff, we could not ask for more patient or caring people tending to our pups’ needs. We’ve seen all of the vets by now, and each has done nothing but exceed our expectations. You can tell when a vet clinic genuinely cares about you, and loves the work that they are doing— and this place exemplifies that. Thank you, Grateful Heart, for doing such a great job! We’d recommend them to anyone. We are grateful!
