I had an outstanding experience with my dental hygienist, Ramses Gimenez. From start to finish, his professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. He meticulously cleaned my teeth, taking the time to explain each step of the process so I understood exactly what he was doing and why. His technique was gentle yet incredibly thorough. What impressed me even more was his professionalism when I mentioned previous dental experiences. Rather than speaking negatively about others, he respectfully explained that every hygienist has their own approach and that he follows the method that works best for him and his patients. That level of respect and integrity is rare and speaks volumes about his character. Ramses provided exceptional care, made me feel comfortable, and delivered one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had. Hello, do you know a woman who was part of the team named Katya? She has blue eyes and some freckles on her face. Actually, we suddenly lost contact with her more than a week ago.

I want to share (first) that I suffer from severe anxiety as well as depression. I get extremely 'antsy' visiting doctors let alone a dentist. Dr Williams understands my situation and helped with that aspect immensely and I'm several ways. Suffice it to say; he relieved my anxiety. He's also very thorough in his work. He explains things in great detail the why and how etc. I have had a deep cleaning as well as 2 crowns. In terms of determining I need more work as well. But I also feel that it's important to point out that it's not just Dr Williams. His staff is outstanding! They're not just friendly and courteous they are also themselves very thorough and understanding. I can't give higher marks than I will give Dr Williams and his staff!

From the moment that I walked in the door and was greeted by the front desk, to speaking with the dentist and the hygienist, I was treated with the upmost kindness and professionalism. The dentist is an amazing human being!!! Amazing stand up guy!!!! He actually cares enough about you to speak with you and learn about you. He was very down to earth and an all around great person and made my visit extremely comfortable (along with his staff). You don't see this kind of hospitality and customer service anymore. Great team! Great experience! I 100% recommend this place to everyone and anyone!!!!🙏

My wife and I are both having some extensive dental work done here. It’s the best experience with dentists that we’ve ever had in our lives and we’re in our mid 60s. The whole practice is incredibly compassionate and sensitive to our needs.. after our various procedures, Danielle stays in constant contact with us to make sure that we’re doing well if I could give the practice more than five stars I definitely would.
