Gateway Dental Care

I recently moved to the area and hadn’t been to the dentist in a while. I found Gateway Dental Care online and had a great experience. The team was welcoming, caring, and made me feel comfortable with zero judgment. Definitely recommend.

The staff and Dr. Kitagawa are great, they follow up and follow through. The office is very considerate of the patient’s time, Dr. Kitagawa is extremely skilled in her craft and I always leave the office feeling great about my smile. The office never pushes for unnecessary procedures.

Excellent service, highly recommend Dr. Kitagawa!!! She is a perfectionist and is the best of the best restoring your smile!! She takes her time and makes sure you go home with a better outcome than you started with!

Not many would say this, but I actually look forward to my bi-annual dental visits each year! They always make me feel comfortable and show a true genuine interest in you and your oral health!

As a long-term patient of Dr Francine Kitagawa, I can vouch for the office's professionalism and care through the past two decades. She has seen me through dental crowns, fillings, tooth chips and even an emergency visit to get a temporary crown. (The temporary crown was a work of art itself!) Dr Kitagawa and the staff are always mindful of my comfort, with continual check-ins if anything hurts. During my last visits this week, they even turned on the AC and supplied me with a soft blanket. The dental hygienist, Kat, is thorough yet gentle even when poking me with needles and drills. Dental visits are never fun, but the friendly and caring staff helps me get through it every single time. A shout-out to Maria at the front desk for her patience in scheduling and billing questions. Thank you to all of you!
