Love this place. I’ve been coming for about a couple years now. They helped me a ton with my feet numbness and feels good just coming and talking with the doc. Pretty impressed with what they can tell with their readings. Once, doctor asked if I had some issues with urination, and I was like yea I have been. Of course one session doesn’t fix everything, but it’s good to k ow what’s going on with your body. I’m sure if you had more complicated issues, you may experience greater feelings of gain. They run a tight ship, so they strictly adhere to their 15 minute rule which I appreciate and hate at the same time. I drove all the way there and called early to let them know I was running late due to traffic, but they couldn’t work things out. I got there and they said I had to reschedule. Not the best experience, but forgiven since my session got rescheduled quick and they’ve been great for almost everything else. Rescheduling is simple through the app that they use. Can be a bit of a wait sometimes to actually see your doctor from the appointed time, but doctor still answers all the questions you have and gives you a good adjustment. Highly recommended!

I actually went to another chiropractor just yesterday whose business model felt like a quick check in, check-out process, making me feel like just another number. That’s why I didn’t return and instead came to Intero Chiropractic, recommended by a close friend. What really stood out is that they have a true understanding of what patient care really is. I’ve been to several chiropractors in my lifetime, and Intero is by far the best experience I’ve had. From now on, they’re the only ones I’ll trust with my care. I am 71 years old and have had lower back pain for as long as I can remember. The pain would ease for a while, but it always came back. When it became frequent and unbearable, I went to see my doctor. He ordered an MRI, and the conclusion was "age-related degeneration." No treatment was offered. Someone recommended Jerry’s Chiropractic. I had never tried chiropractic care before and was very skeptical, especially about spinal adjustments involving force. But since my doctor didn’t have any solutions, I decided to give it a try. At my first visit, they took X-rays of my entire spine. It was the first time I had ever seen what was actually going on. My lower back clearly had problems, and my neck alignment explained long-standing issues like my left shoulder sitting lower. This diagnostic process felt much more concrete and evidence-based than what I had experienced before. I was told they would take X-rays again at the end to compare the results. I started treatment when my back pain was quite severe. After the first adjustment, I felt immediate relief, which honestly surprised me. The next day I had significant soreness and worried things might be getting worse, but that soreness went away within a couple of days. The back pain itself continued to improve. After a few sessions, the post-treatment soreness became milder, and my overall condition steadily improved. By the end of the treatment course, my back pain was gone. We took another set of X-rays, and even to my untrained eye, the alignment of my spine had clearly improved. It wasn’t just how I felt—there was visible evidence. It has now been seven months, and my long-term back pain has not returned, even when I put my back under physical stress. In the past, the pain always came back. This time it hasn’t, and it has made a real difference in my quality of life.

I can’t say enough great things about Intero Chiropractic and Dr. Zak and the staff. From the very beginning, Dr. Zak has been incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in my recovery. I came in with significant lower back pain, and thanks to his thoughtful, personalized approach, I’ve been able to manage my pain and actually function again. I just completed a nearly four month chiropractic care program with Dr Megan. I’ll admit the initial consultation was informative with the added sales pitch, but there’s no way around it if your goal and priority is to get your health back on track. It is an expensive investment no question about it but it has made a huge difference in my posture and freedom of movement. Dr Megan is very precise with her adjustments so that each session is an improvement from the previous one. It’s definitely worth it in the long run if you stay committed to your body and health. Now that that I have completed the package, I can now just go for monthly maintenance. I’m very pleased with my results and highly recommend Dr Megan as your chiropractor!

It took me a few years of reputable chiropractic care to realize this practice is a scam. First, they don't take most insurance, which is a huge red flag. I think I paid a $600 deposit at my first evaluation. They took X-rays & told me I probably need to pay them $2,500 plus to be treated. I am sorry that I just then ran from this practice. I think I might have been treated one time...and it took about five minutes. I don't understand how they stay in business!!! There are many reputable chiropractors in the Pleasanton area. Unfortunately, they aren't one!

I'm a 13-year US Army veteran and you could say that with all these years of my service in the military has caused my body to deteriorate. I've developed different kinds of pain through the years and never really had the solution for it until I found Intero ChiroPractic. To tell you the truth, the only reason I would ever write a review online is when the service is either really bad or amazing. And therefore I believe that these people deserve to be known and celebrated for the great service they provide and also to help people/patients that are also going through the same pain that I had and are looking for a permanent solution to it. So, I found these guys from Instagram (@interochiropractic) and their awesome videos of their chiropractic treatments and they were highly-rated. I was really curious to find out how good they are and so I researched more about them and I found out that they're very detailed in their initial examinations prior to providing the service. It's very different from the first chiro experience that I've had in the past with a different clinic, which also dealt with the sciatic lower backpain that I've been suffering from for the past 5 years but never really eliminated. So, In my initial appointment with these guys, as expected, they were very detailed and they took time to ask me a bunch of questions about my certain issues that i want to talk about. They measured how much pressure I had on each of my footing, my flexibility and range of motions and even took a whole xray of my body from top to bottom as compared to past chiro which only took an xray of my spine. After that initial check up, i was sent to comeback a week after to discuss about what they have found in my body and what are their plans to help me with it. The main goal was to eliminate first the lower back pain (sciatic nerve). After explaining in detail whats goin on with my body, we went ahead and proceeded to my first adjustment, and since they know exactly where to adjust and they're very detailed about everything, they succesfully eliminated the pain in my lower back on that very first day of my chiro experience with them, my lower back pain that I've dealt with for so many years just disappeared! I'm currently at my 12 weeks of treatment and halfway through and I can't wait for my next appointments because I feel better and better everytime. Right now I just feel amazing and a brand new person! I know it sounds over-exaggerating but it's true, I have no more sciatic lower backpain since my first visit and it never came back. I have better posture, I sleep better now and faster too and my body seems to function more efficiently and I get to do my everyday errands or work without feeling any pain all over my body anymore. I'm revitalized and I feel like I have more energy too. And with all that physical pain disappearing, it has also created a ripple effect to my mental state; I'm definitely more relaxed and calm now, I'm a lot happier and I'm not as irritable according to my fiancée. 😂 Price-wise, I would say that the service they provide matches the value of it and also they provide payment option plans to match your financial capacity. I would say that this is definitely one of the best investments that I've ever done in my life. I really feel blessed and fortunate to have found these guys. They really look after your health and well-being and with that, I wanna say thank you to the front desk crew and all the doctors for all your help and for my overall amazing experience in your clinic. I can't think of anything bad to say about them. I highly-recommend them, they are definitely your best choice for a Chiropractor. They're professional people and very knowledgeable in their field that gives world-class and safe service that achieve long-lasting results! Totally life-changing.
