I’ve been a patient at this dental practice for 30 years, and I can confidently give them a five-star review! I originally started with Dr. Li back when the office was in a different location. Since then, I’ve not only followed them to their current Pleasanton location but have continued coming here even after moving to the South Bay. That’s how much I value the truly gentle dental care they provide. The entire team is professional, skilled, and compassionate, making every visit a positive experience. I always recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist, and if you’re lucky, they might be accepting new patients right now. You won’t regret choosing them for your dental care!

So much to say about Dr. Eunice Jong! She took over this practice from Dr. Roger Li, who we saw for many years. We were initially very nervous about sticking around, however she made the transition very easy for our family. She welcomed us and made us feel very comfortable during our first cleaning. She was very thorough during the exam and took her time to talk about our teeth. She was also interested in learning more about us, which I thought was kind. The rest of the staff here at this practice goes above and beyond to make your visit as pleasant as possible. We will definitely continue to take care of our dental needs at this practice.

In my 5+ years with the practice, the care has been excellent. The service from every staff member is warm, professional, personal, ethical, and accommodating. The dentists encourage minimal interventions, planning for what is best for your long-term health and needs. With a full schedule, they were able to see my out of town guest—not a patient of theirs!—with a dental emergency within hours of my asking for help. I appreciate even the small touches, like the travel documentaries playing on the ceiling to take your mind off, you know, being at the dentist’s office.

I found Pleasanton Dental Care last year and now my whole family is with them. Dr. Eunice is great! I went to other dentists and they recommend services that I don’t need. Dr. Eunice keeps it real with me and only recommends what is necessary. She is truly about helping her patients! Pleasanton Dental Care all day!

My family has been going to Pleasanton Dental Care recently as we've relocated to the area and we've had such a great experience. Dr. Eunice is very friendly and thorough in her examinations and care. She recently told me that there were early signs of a cavity that could be reversed by brushing diligently instead of opting to just drill right away. I trust that she only recommends what is needed which keeps my family's teeth healthy while keeping our finances in order. Truly a gem of a practice in the area!

We are the biggest fans of Dr. Eunice and her staff! She is quite literally our favorite dentist and we are so happy to be her patients. She always greets us warmly and is knowledgeable and attentive with our oral health. Her staff are also very kind and welcoming every time we come in. The cleanings are also so thorough and refreshing (plus I’m so glad they are able to adjust the water temperature to warm for me and my sensitive teeth). Great family practice if you’re looking for a dentist in the Tri-Valley area for the whole fam!

My 8 year old recently was seen by Dr. Eunice and this is what he has to say about her. "She is very warm and kind. She listened to my request to use the suction tube extra times so I don’t taste anything that I don’t like. She also explained what she is doing at each step."
