Smile Design Orange Blossom

I have been going to this facility because my insurance refer me. My initial visit they took xrays and 2 years later they never took any more x-ray. I had to request for them to do so. All along charging the insurance for the service yearly. The hygienist took no more than 5 minutes to do my cleaning, the Dentist never look at my teeth or do a checkup like other Dentist. After every cleaning the hygienist told me to keep doing what am doing that my teeth is in great condition. My insurance changed so I was assigned to a different Dentist, they took a complete full mouth x-ray and low and behold they told me I have 5 cavity in which I had to do extraction on one. I was not surprised because Smile Design was not doing what they were paid to do. I went to Smile Design and told them and ask for my x-ray and they couldn't find any to give me. They have refused to give me the refund they have for me. Anyone getting service from Smile Design please be careful and ask for the Dentist to check your teeth,and I mean check each individual tooth ,take yearly x-ray and make sure the hygienist is not just running a little tool in your mouth in 2 minutes and say you are doing a good job. He is supposed to scrape each tooth to check for cavity, which they don't do. I end up paying the price for their negligence. Very poor service 😢.

The team was absolutely fantastic! They made my teen's first visit a truly unforgettable experience. Every moment felt effortless, thanks to their incredible energy and enthusiasm. You can really tell they love what they do, and it made all the difference!

This place used to be amazing. Not anymore. While the dentist do exceptional work it's dealing with the office staff that is a problem. Sue used to be the office manager very kind and outgoing. After she laughed even making an appointment is like pulling teeth. Naomi who has access to all your personal information is an evil human being.....and then if you asked to speak to her boss Chari.....she's even worse. I don't understand how these people have the ability treat human beings the way they do working in the medical field. I do not recommend this office to anybody. If I had a way to post a recorded conversation I would. Avoid this office at all costs it's not worth being treated like you're less than human. I have never been treated, my child has never been treated with such disrespect and diss concern. I would avoid this office at all cost if you're a patient transfer🙏🏼

I had a bridge in my mouth to come out and it was broken! I called and told them and they said to come! I told them I wanted to make sure my insurance covered it before I came! They said it's just an evaluation so it won't cost anything! I called again before ai went in to make sure there was no charge! I went into my appointment and they said the bridge had to be replaced and they only guaranteed them for 1 year! Then they told me it came out because I didn't get my teeth cleaned! I was in there 8/24 they said I had 6 cavities in my bottom teeth and filled them with resin and didn't even numb my mouth! I have had these teeth for 60 years and NEVER had a cavity! Then all at once I had 6! One of the teeth in my bridge was crowned 10/29/22 11/29/22 it was sealed 10/16/23 retainer crown porcelain ceramic 3/18/24 replacement crown! This is just unbelievable! I would think has this point they would have been responsible! I went to see them in July and they said I should've had my teeth cleaned!! that's why my bridge came out!! but no one recommended that to me! They have billed my INSURANCE and because of the code for a crown it was $179.00 and my part to pay was $35.00! They are very rude at this office! My insurance company tried to speak with them on the PHONE and they were rude to them! I wish I had gone to another Smile Design dentist! I would make sure you know the cost of everything before you even let them look at your teeth! There is also a different dentist all the time!! I hope this helps them to improve their attitudes but also the service they provide! Crowns should not come out over and over if done correctly!

imagine having 5 cavities and the "dentist" here says your teeth are perfect. my insurance changed over and had to go to a new dentist he tells me that I have 5 cavities. either the "dentist" here needs his eyes checked or hes absolutely crap and just charges the insurance for bs

Price: I used to have my dental work done in Colombia until I found this place with prices similar or lower than Colombian Dentists. I have Dental as Insurance Company which costs about 17 dollars/ month. Quality: Excellent Doctors and their Teams. Excellent care for you by Doctors. Up to date equipment. They did a bridge for me and it was so precise that they only have tu glue it. Amazing precision. Front Desk: Be patient with the ladies, they have their moods.

I came in with my mother not too long ago. The amazing service from the front desk and the doctors was outstanding. They worked with me on a plan that would fit my needs since I hadn't had a cleaning in a long time. Thanks!
