This was our first visit to this dentist with my two kids, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient, which made my children feel comfortable right away. The office itself is very clean, well-organized, and has a calm, friendly atmosphere. Everyone took the time to explain things clearly and made sure we felt at ease. I really appreciate how thoughtful and professional the team was. We’re very happy with our visit and look forward to coming back.

The children like to have their teeth checked here. The doctors and staff are very friendly. The examination and treatment are relaxing. Highly recommended Today we met a female doctor. I didn't ask her name. She's dark-skinned and has beautiful eyes. She was incredibly gentle. My son loved asking questions, and she patiently explained every step, making him feel comfortable. I love this dental clinic. Every doctor here is dedicated, professional, and excellent! 💯 Recommended!

My experience with the office started ok. My daughter had her appointment and the service by the actual dentist was good. Now we move on to the follow up appointment and it goes downhill. Now I will say I did not confirm the initial appointment so it was cancelled so I can take accountability on my part. I rescheduled with a front desk representative and everything was going good until 2-3 days before the appointment and I get a cancellation email. I call the office to figure it out and she said "we no longer take 12:30pm appointment per the doctor" well why wasn’t I contacted prior in an appropriate timeframe to notify of this change? The response was that "we called and left a message" I looked at my call log and no one from that office has contacted me other than the automated system to confirm the appointment, which I did. She then stated the insurance is not active. Ma’am that is incorrect because I checked and the insurance is active. I asked to speak with the office manager and she was conveniently out the office. Sure. I asked for a call back and have not received one to this day. Terrible customer service and no accountability. There is so much more growth needed.

When I walked into the office today the waiting room was packed and I thought it was going to take forever however they got us back pretty quickly within about 10 to 15 min. We saw the dentist and he was very friendly (like always) and the dental hygienist (I don’t know her name) was very sweet and interacted so well with the kids. I live 40 min away but it is well worth the drive!

⭐️ Extremely Disappointing & Unprofessional This dentist office is completely unorganized and overbooked. Their constant excuse is that they "only have one provider," yet they continue to stack appointments back to back like that’s the patient’s problem. Two weeks ago , my child had a 4:00 PM appointment. We arrived on time and I asked "how long is the wait?" I was told we only had one person ahead. We waited 45 minutes in a packed waiting room,no seats available, people standing everywhere. After 50 minutes, instead of being seen, they rescheduled the appointment for the following week. Then, 10 minutes before that rescheduled appointment, I received a call saying it was canceled due to "unforeseen circumstances." They moved us again to today Friday, January 30, 2026. Today, we arrived at our scheduled time, only to be told there were three people ahead of us and my child would not be seen at the scheduled time. Once again, the office was completely packed. Clearly, they were overbooked yet again. On top of that, any time I asked questions, I was given multiple excuses: • "We only have one provider" • "Our phones were down" • "We’re short staffed" It’s too many excuses and very bad business practices. Someone seriously needs to take responsibility for scheduling because this level of disorganization is unbelievable. My child has only been seen one time at this facility and that will be the last time. I’ve made the decision that my child will no longer be a patient here. If you’re looking for a good dentist, I highly recommend Sunbeam Dentistry. They took us the same day, and the experience was amazing,professional, organized, and respectful of our time. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

I used to really like this dentist and both my kids under 5 y/o have gone here since they were babies. Now the doctor that takes our insurance is apparently leaving. The front desk staff does their job but they seem like they hate it there. They also wouldn't let both me and my husband go back with the kids even though there's more than one kid and they're little. We also had correspondence saying their appointments were cancelled and they would me call to reschedule but they never called. When I called the office they said they weren't taking new patients (the new baby) even though we had that appointment scheduled for like 8 months. Previously we'd had great experiences here.
